DAM system is too limited in functionality and customization
What do you like best about the product?
The IB team members are very nice and have a lot of patience with training.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is a lot of lack of functionality that limits you to actually make your workflow and job easier.
DAM system is too limited in backend customization, search and auto populating the search

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now search for images but still, there are limitations to that as well
Collaborative and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Able to be fully-branded, looks great, works smoothly and will make our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an owner, there isn't much you can do in the initial stage when everything has to be updated by InteligenceBank. This means it can move quite slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No existing digital asset management system, so files are getting lost and licensing is causing issues. There's no library where everyone can view what's available, so this will be a great solution.
IntelligenceBank DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to set up the software with the help of IntelligenceBank people. Once this was complete, we have been able to make the majority of the changes internally.
We have a very limited use case for the software, so training was not too much of an issue
Clean interface and good integration with InDesign
Being a small Australian-based company has allowed us to speak directly to the product team and enabled us to influence, to some extent, their roadmap - adding much-needed features in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some limited issues with the InDesign connecter - but thankfully, these have been resolved quickly with little fuss.
User adoption - not really a limitation of the system itself, more a by-product of internal process failings!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in multiple states around the country and previosuly images we relatively isolated to each operation. With the use of the DAM we have been able to socialise all images around the country.
In addition, using their API we have been able to auto-upload documents and testimonials that otherwise would have had to be manually uploaded - which tends to lead to backlocks and missed files.

IntelligenceBank is simple to use and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
We find that IntelligenceBank meets our unique business structure quite well. Has been flexible in modifications to make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continuous training of Dealers can be a chore, but not necessarily an issue of IntelligenceBank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used IntelligenceBank to provide a central space for our Dealer network to access up-to-date marketing and campaign assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the overall requirements of users. Use case greatly expanded as more users were onboarded.
Graphic Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable pages - lots of features can be added easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The job tracking feature is a bit cumbersome - not very easy to follow and change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company brand assets in one place, as well as the templates that other people can use.
Great system for marketing materials
What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility and sharing functionality of IntelligenceBank. As a marketeer, we want to share our messaging and creatives globally, and this software allows this to happen securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the limited number of users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share marketing collateral across the globe, the ability to run multi-channel campaigns globally, and the ease of our Creative team updating and sharing new collateral. It is a simple piece of software that can do so much if you take the time to get to know it. We have multi-functional teams sharing their collateral - from Training teams, customer success, and senior leadership.
Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I find IntelligenceBank a very simple platform for managing my database of more than 300 Contractors. Being completely new to this type of administration role, the program was very easy to navigate and I felt confident after just a few days of use to explore more within the software. Many of my team of Contractors that use the database are time poor and not necessarily tech savvy, but it's very rare that I'm asked for help to utilise the system, as they also find it easy to use. Any issues that I have found, have been dealt with very quickly by the excellent IntelligenceBank Helpdesk team and always resolved to my satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that could be improved are some of the reporting functions. Allowing for more parameters to be applied to my reports would allow me to filter the information without the need for me to do it myself, after producing the report, saving time. Having said that, the reports are very easy to use and are produced in a format that is simple for me to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main area of concern is ensuring that more than 300 Contractors are licenced with up-to-date permits, to complete the work that my business requires. The system allows me to set parameters for how often and when the Contractors receive notifications, and the method of communication. Automating all of this means that once I set these fields, I no longer need to worry about the follow-up. It happens in the background, allowing me to focus on other tasks.
Great software for all our DAM and Creative Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Acts as a brilliant asset management platform with several features that help search and sort through thousands of assets easier.
The new proofing system is a huge improvement from the previous iteration.
Support from customer service and the product teams who are constantly listening and making improvements to the platform.

Originally we've only used the asset management platform but since we've added the BrandHub portal, it helped streamline our Studio's workflow.
The custom pages help our users to access all the functions they need quickly.
The filters and tags help to search through thousands of files much more efficiently.

We love the DAM's robust tagging system and customizable interface
What do you like best about the product?
We are only using the DAM component right now and have been very happy with it overall. At the initial implementation, we were able to specify category filters unique to our industry and brand, and add and remove values ourselves for ongoing maintence. The organization system is flexible and the interface is intuitive. We were also able to work with the IB team to build a custom skin for the web interface that's just a nice extra touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our custom fields don't appear via free text search, rather you have to use the filtering system. The new facial recognition is an add-on feature and during our selection process, it was implied to be included when it launched. It can be slow to load assets, but I don't think any other system would do better given the file sizes we're working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team can locate assets independently, organically, and at any time rather than relying on memory or another team member.
Great system with growing features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy document sharing, lots of integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as intuitive as I'd like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank allows us to provide our independent sales organization with a one-stop-shop to find the most up-to-date product and company information, and the ability to share with their customers. Before IB, we struggled with finding a channel to share information - this tool has enabled our sales organization to work more independently. This also provides a channel to share photography which has previously been difficult. From a marketing perspective, the operations side also helps me keep an organized database of marketing-related requests and briefs.
