great user experience and search functionality
What do you like best about the product?
What we love and use a lot - search functionality, tagging, downloading options, folder structure, sharing capabilities, multiple image formats available.

What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the site is very slow - we have brought this up with IB a few times but we arent sure if its client-side issue (us) or an IB issue. Apart from speed, we honestly love using IB and use it daily to store all our digital assets across the business. I work in the digital team so we are always reviewing our systems and IB is never questioned :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of large files - mainly videos, CAD drawings, large images etc. We have offices across the country and multiple deisgn agencies so the ease of sharing these files is great! And does save so much time
Easy to use even for first timers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone in the company can access the online images. It's all in one place, so it's easy to find and not time-consuming. I used intelligence bank for the first time when I started my role and it was a breeze to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any yet. Everything is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managing assets so much easier, centralised system where everyone in the company can access, and because of this it's not time consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally think this is an excellent and convenient software to use if you're thinking of asset management.
Quite good, though some key upgrades were only made available during our implementation

Version control allows for backward decisioning. New capabilities like Office Offline will be a game changer. On screen review of changes as opposed to multiple downloads is a key feature
What do you dislike about the product?
User auditability is basic at best, and is an irony given the MOPS function is a key feature but not user access management. Mobile approval is basic and integration with 3rd party platforms is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with processes and evidence based audit. Easier adherence to given processes across a much wider audience base. Easy to review approval points. Centralised access to information

- Reporting could be better improved
- Dashboards to have more options
- Data refresh bugs to be addressed
- Online training materials to be more updated
- Data retention issue where users need to be deleted in the system. (user lookup)

It is our Risk and Compliance system. We use it for a multitude of risk monitoring registers, attestations of different legislative requirements across the business.

Keeps the whole team organized. keeps everyone on the same page with asset usage. allows you to archive w/o deleting discontinued products

Sometimes slow load. When moving folders it should move all assets within those folders too.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple system that works with a large variety of file types and workflow approvals. Favourite feature is the thumbnail preview to get an idea of each item quickly. Pricing scales with user growth, making it a great option for companies just starting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor service disruptions due to software bugs, but they are corrected quickly 1-2 business days. Administrator menus take a little bit of time to learn but eventually you get used to it.

The platform can be made custom for your organisation, and it allows you to store all assets, do briefs, record compliance, and so much more.

Permissions groups - wish the functionality could be utilised and updated more easily.

No issues. You can pull easy reporting to check that marketers are adhering to stage gates.

What do you like best about the product?
The developers of this software have clearly experienced the problem themselves. The UX is great and the features are on point. It has made file elements like external management, and version control a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank is an easy-to-use software solution with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. The IntelligenceBank team are friendly, professional, and very responsive to providing support. It is great being able to customise the branding, file structure and access permissions to a granular level and have control and visibility of all aspects of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come across any features we dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great uploading and keywording options. Download and sharing options are really good too. Love the Collections option. The Bulk Uploading option is the one I use the most when uploading, it saves time when uploading photos from one particular photo shoot, and adding the keywords and filters as I go.

Would still like to have a larger preview for the photos, but they have updated the preview so all information about the asset is visible when viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use the Digital Image Library. It helps keep all our images, logos, and templates in one place for easy access and searching. It also helps with version control, approval of photos, and many download sizing options. We had multiple folders for each photo session, and it was difficult to search for the image needed without any keywords.
Being able to share whole collections of photos with people within the company is very useful, as well as outside contacts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
We chose IntelligenceBank because it did not have items that were not needed; it is straightforward. The initial set-up required some explaining as far as the structure, and a lot of work was required on our part to get it set up as far as the categories, and art for the folders and icons. We looked at other, much more expensive software, but they had options for tracking, job status and marketing requests, and more that we didn't need. The information I needed to see upfront when looking at pictures was the file name, file type, and size, which is shown at the bottom of each item. Other companies didn't show this, which ruled them out immediately. Sharing files and collections of items is easy with email links. It is also helpful to have the different user types for admin, publish, and preview. This lets you control how each group can access your library.
