Solve many problems for mobile app marketers
What do you like best about the product?
We found Branch as a way to address some issues with campaign attribution and deep linking when marketing mobile/multi-platform apps. Essentially,
1. Managing the logic to determine whether a campaign click should resolve to the installed app or to the relevant App Store to download the app first.
2. If the respondent already has your app, they can be taken to a specific location within it - great for nurturing/onboarding campaigns.
3. It maintains the necessary tokens and identifiers to associate in-app actions and post-download continuity back to the campaign originating from the click.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any solution in this space, it's a bit natural to scratch your head. I wouldn't consider this as 'dislike', the branch does a great job of simplifying it as much as possible.

Good Solution for mobile apps
What do you like best about the product?
The Basic version of the branch.io provides a lot of features to market, track and review important business data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs lot of work for web integration. There are NO good resources to integrate for website application. It is really a pain to spend a lot of time to make it work seamlessly without proper web SDK such as PHP / RoR etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch.io helps us to get new customers from existing user by incentivising them. It works flawlessly on mobile apps. Not so good on web app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Release web SDK for number of platforms such as RoR, PHP, Python etc. There is little resource available. Now-a-days, a website is also available for user to order/use along with mobile apps. Working seamlessly in all the platform is very important for any organisation.
