I'm sold to Branch for lifetime, Supertool to make marketer's life easy
What do you like best about the product?
* Affiliate/Ad networks management
* Quicklinks for shortening links
* Trueview of actual business numbers by attributing only to deserving last touch
* Easy plug/play features like journeys, deepviews & referral which otherwise sucks a lot of tech and design team bandwidth. Ability to do A/B testing on top of that.
* MAUs based billing not per install basis unlike other competitors
* Webinars/Events giving insightful data and growth hacks
* Super awesome support and account management team
* Quicklinks for shortening links
* Trueview of actual business numbers by attributing only to deserving last touch

What do you dislike about the product?
Branch looks like it has been designed by hardcore developer, There are some signs of a coder being a core decision maker. Example, No relative dates in Branch. You have to select dates manually, you can't select as yesterday and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although countless benefits
* Passing website traffic to app via smart banner (journey)
* Deferred deeplinks for contextual deeplinking even if user hasn't installed app
* Managing affiliates/ad networks and preventing fraud, The money you save by preventing fraud only is more than enough to justify Branch's invoice
* Extremely helpful and welcoming account managers

Branch is super tool, If used wisely can solve all problems of a marketer. Also, Sometimes people confuse their poor setting of attribution windows or wrong integration with judgement of tool.

Great for quick deep-linking and referral programs

Access to quick link creation through the dashboard.

For our specific situation, lack of customized report pulling.

Building out a referral program and using deep links to direct users from push notifications and other external links.
Great tool to reduce acquisition cost
What do you like best about the product?
Branch has proven to an indispensable tool for our team to really make every cent of our ad spend count. Our team uses Branch to monitor our attribution traffic and figure out which channels we need to optimize our social marketing campaigns to. The many available integrations with Branch also allows our marketing team to more efficiently coordinate and manage campaigns at many stages in the customer journey to conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ran into some trouble in implementation. After we worked through those issues everything has been working satisfactory.

Our team uses Branch to monitor our attribution traffic and figure out which channels we need to optimize our social marketing campaigns to.

If your looking for a tuned-up and cost-effective mobile measurement partner, Branch is the solution.
MUST USE Technology for your App Onboarding and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Branch makes it incredibly easy to create an onboarding flow. We use text messages to onboard new users via other users referrals. Branch reduced the time it took to prototype this to just a few minutes. The final version was an hour or two and we were testing within the office the same day. Branch also allows for loyalty and referral programs to be simplified. We scrapped our existing system for the simplicity, adaptability, and tracking flow of their system. And Journeys, what an awesome but simple way to plug into your marketing campaigns. I truly love Branch and I'll use it in everything we build in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a down side. This has been a critical component in our platform and it wouldn't be if we didn't love using it. The ONLY issues we've ever had were with Apple and DeepLinking bugs they had on their OS. All that has been fixed and working for us now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving user onboarding and marketing solutions via their journeys, deep linking, and referral offerings in their platforms. It's badass, try it!
Branch + React Native works like a charm
What do you like best about the product?
Branch is incredibly helpful for us as we attribute app downloads to various different channels that we use. It's been easy to set up and has really helped us understand the funnel for user acquisition + overall lifecycle of our users from the first click on.

The documentation was very sparse!! I had to reverse engineer many parts of it

Branch Link is one of the best that i could recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of link features to stats. Good way to track link stats from opens, to clicks and even up until the installs. You could track them all using branchlink.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're a newbie, some of its configuration might be quite confusing at first. But easy to deal with afterwards.

Branch helped us out in tracking the links made. To know which is more clickable compared to the other one. This helps out which is feasible to the target market.
Easy "buy" decision for buy vs build question
What do you like best about the product?
With deep linking, Branch provides a solid implementation for a surprisingly complex problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard can sometimes get confusing if you're not using all the platform's features, though I think that's likely a function of the problem space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is deep linking to specific content within our apps (both Android and iOS). By using Branch, we feel confident that the myriad weird edge cases have been considered and implemented as best as possible, so that our web-to-app linking flows are as simple for the user as they could possibly be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just jump in and start trying stuff out. I don't think there's really any way to paint yourself into a corner with early experimentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The installation and operation of Branch is really straightforward. It offers intelligent URL that gives you different deep links for general user platforms, which makes URL behavior intelligent and user-specific. We were able to test all Branch's facilities before acquiring it, and when we finally did it, we got charged with a fair cost, which was great for us. It has allowed us to keep all of our platforms and connections, even with our internet and app clients, accurately reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the modules are missing from the unit, which may not be found until well after work is finished. Also, it would be essential for data between various assignment models to modify this environment or view. We also noticed some software failures in the identification and improved attribution of fraud as an earlier Appsflyer client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is used within the Marketing department of my company. It allows us to generate many links nearly instantly because our sales staff provides reference links to clients and influence people, so the output of the other sites can be exchanged with a single reference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Branch is suitable for assessing and optimizing inbound marketing approaches to monitor inferences and maintain a deep connection, as a compact low-cost approach. It is well designed to deep connections of your material without being concerned with losing the connection and not operating on other channels. However, I agree Branch would overanalyze some of the applications which already look at PWA.
Branch, tool of excellent use
What do you like best about the product?
I love this Branch tool because it gives me good attribution and is very useful because I can redirect applications for ads. Besides that I can create multiple links and get an organization in all my commercial links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be quite beneficial for the tool to offer support for custom events where it would be very useful for the acquisition analysis. Although the interface is easy to use, it often hinders some available functions and it would be incredible to enable a strategy for this solution to be carried out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Branch because through this tool we can redirect users to our website and provide them with deep link information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend Branch because as a fundamental tool it helps us optimize user acquisition strategies and manage deep links extremely incredible.
Straight-forward interface, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The view is easy to navigate. I intuitively see how to customize columns, sort by most important metric, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not a very thorough tutorial when I signed up.

We are able to easily track app installs and a couple of other custom events.
