Solid, easy to use MMP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick to get started and set things up. Ad integrations were all seamless, and the process for managing links is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting takes a while to get used to, and the default reports confused me a little at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch hosts all its data on US soil, which helps us meet data sovereignty requirements for our business.

app usability and revenue within app, attribution. Benefits are measuring as third party tool accuracy

Just read documentation carefully and provide as much data to branch as you can, this would lead you to maximised accuracy of attribution
Leader in the market by miles
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool/industry leader for tracking deep links and mobile attribution. Branch also provides a ton of resources e.g. webinars, panels, etc. that are all super insightful, featuring industry leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support isn't as prompt as they could be, some agents are more helpful than others - it definitely feels like it's outsourced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user conversions across web and mobile devices and value of the conversions over a period of time. Having another layer of data to track last touch attribution definitely helps especially if you are running user acquisition on so many different marketing channels.
We could not succeed without Branch
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Branch to retain the session information all the way from the browser, to the app store, download the app, open the app, then send the session information to the application. Truly fantastic.

We really do not have any dislike's about the product. It is a world class application which has helped our app ShareTree succeed. https://sharetree.app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ShareTree application uses QR codes to create connections between 2 devices in order share information between the devices. We needed a way for the users to be able to scan a QR code, sent them to our app store download page, regardless of OS, have the users download, install, and open the application but then be able to send the original QR code data to our ShareTree application in order for the app to create the connection between the devices on the back end.
It is easy to analyze user patterns with a mobile app.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many functions, but deep link function and journeys function are good to use.

The method of use is complicated and there are many exceptions for setting and the technical support of the engineer is not fast.

In conjunction with the Adobe site, the mobile app analyzes user patterns and performs efficient marketing.

It's a very user friendly tool and pretty straightforward to help any marketing and product team to drive growth.

Nothing, the platform meets the needs of my team and the company.

The main problem that Branch solves for us is the attribution and easily integration with a bunch of ad partners.

Branch is amazing for understanding growth, attributing and personalizing onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
1) I love the deeplinking mechanism and all of the tracking it provides. Saves us tons of dev time!
2) I love the smart banner branch offers and all the configurations you can use. Again, saves us tons of dev time!
3) I love the ability to SMS the app to desktop users. Great for activation~

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Branch has amazing data points, it needs to revamp its reporting as its quite confusing at times to use. In addition, there's a lot of different slicing and dicing that's missing there. At least we should be able to export this data to Looker or Mixpanel. In saying that, its enough for what I need atm, although I do think our needs will mature and I'd like to see Branch mature with us!

Branch is helping us with mobile app adoption, growth and saving us dev time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy to integrate branch is. I think its the best way to track and manage referrals. I have used it on apps prior to this one, and always loved the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some learning curve issues. I think you should really make some sort of youtube series to make things very easy to use.

Tracking referral program.

do better on the referral side. There are too many competitors doing better at mobile analytics.
Branch helps you streamline mobile experiences with great attribution and powerful deeplinking
What do you like best about the product?
Branches Identity Resolution takes the work out of attribution and deep linking for a developer and makes it easy to take a user from your web experience to specific locations in your mobile experience. Through their SDK (or for the non-technical creating a quick link on a branch dashboard) you can create a branch link and pass in data through url query parameters and be able to retrieve said data on your mobile app! Branch, through their identity resolution capabilities, will make sure that the data you get in your app through their sdk will be the same data that was on the link clicked by your user! This will allow you to handle data related to a user journey even if that journey goes through the app store and involves a fresh install!
What do you dislike about the product?
The branch documentation could be better. It took me quite a bit of reading as well as talking to support reps to understand what I could actually do with branch, but once I did it was huge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're solving attribution from our web landing page to our app as well as tailoring our referral invite flow with personalized user data using branch links. this is all done through passing in anonymous_ids as well as user_ids through branch links.

if you need to distribute marketing links coupled with specific data to a user or unify marketing attribution from your web domain to your mobile domain then branch can definitely help you.
