Perfect tool for Converting your Mweb customers to your App customers!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support from their team and from a tool's functionality perspective i really love the way you can personalize each journey so that the user feels connected to what he was doing on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not so many things that i dislike about branch as a product but what i really don't like is the response time i get when pulling large set of data. I guess that is something that branch team should look into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest pain areas that we had was how do we convert our mobile users to app and more importantly how do we measure their performance and with branch we are easily able to solve it and best part is we are measuring it and optimizing it further.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from awesome experience on app tracking and measurement I liked customer experience most which differentiate Branch from appsflyer or any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If branch can help us with competition insights regarding cross app usage that will be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in App action tracking, event pushback to biddable platforms.

Branch.io is amazing app tracking and measurement platform with really awesome platform support provided by their team, platform and team both are user-friendly. would recommend to all app marketing advertisers/agencies.
Awesome deeplink features with all partners available
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can setup the structure of the deeplinks, the way you want. This gives me the opportunity to really customize the way I want to use Branch.
Furthermore, I believe that the MAU based pricing is also fair.

I missed clear information or guides on more advanced things like dynamic variables and passing them onto the end-points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking from Email to people with/without our app. The benefit is to bring the customer to the right place. Always.

The reason we use Branch.io is to track app installs for iOS and Android so we can determine which advertising is giving us the best results.

We haven’t found any reasons to say bad about this product at this time.

We were unable to track installs for iOS so we never new where any of our installs we coming from.

Deeplink can track web event. Quick link is Good.

Difficult to use dashboard found what I want. There is no DAU. I faced issue with integration when I add new ads partner. This issue happened every time. I think Branch didn't make all steps ready but just throw it out.

Track more ad partners and channels. Can't track right events between partners.
Easy to integrate; powerful insights
What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer, it was a breeze to integrate. The documentation is thorough, and any ancillary questions I did have were promptly answered in almost real-time.
Further, the post-go-live support has been second to none, even with changes in Branch personnel. The friction has been minimal since implementation, from both a development and product standpoint.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. Branch is transparent about its product, its limitations, and also very thorough reasoning/justification BEHIND these limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attributing ad campaigns to various mobile app-related metrics was one of our biggest initial goals. We've made significant progress here, as well as in understanding the different kinds of users and their corresponding behavior with our software.

I work with an awesome team from Branch which goes above and beyond to help my mobile team to test and deploy new features that we initiate for our members and non-members.

I don't really think there is anything I dislike.

We have solved critical problems where we want to balance member experience with promotional messages and encouragement to install APPs along with any social messaging over the mobile browsers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't faced any issues with Branch yet. The process has been smooth and happy with the results of integrating branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving users to use the app rather than website is one problem we have been trying to solve and branch has been able to solve that extremely well. Also, navigating to specific pages inside the app from marketing emails is another thing which we use branch for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Branch is extremely helpful if you are looking to drive more app installs and app traffic. It's extremely easy to implement in iOS and Android.

Creating individual links is pretty seamless, and the dashboard is sophisticated enough for a high-level overview. / Branch makes it easy to extract information based on custom parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating bulk links can be very confusing, especially if you have custom fields. Branch doesn't do a great job of explaining how to use this tool, and the downloadable template doesn't help very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has mobile apps, so having the option of redirecting to an app or web (or even the App Store) helps us streamline our user experience. Revising the functionality of the link after it is created and posted helps mitigate any concerns.

Highly recommend you speak with a Branch rep to walk you through bulk creating links *after* integration.
