Great customer service, product still playing catchup in some areas.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and support we receive from Branch is exemplary. We have a technical account manager who understands our business and our goals, along with having the technical understanding of the product. This enables us to both solve problems and to innovate.
The team are responsive to any product requests and even if some items aren't immediately prioritised, we are always listened to and our feedback taken on board.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of the product that are lacking when compared to the other big players in the space. Analytics and reporting have historically been fairly poor, Branch have shown a willingness to improve this but we still must rely on third-party tools or our own BI teams to visualise data effectively. A fundamental tool like custom exports is clunky and difficult to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is the link between our business and the various ad platforms we run mobile campaigns across. Branch handles deeplinking from ads, email and our own website into our app. Branch handles attribution for our mobile app campaigns.

Branch is a powerful tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Click tracking and deep linking have been invaluable to the marketing team as well as the overall business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited analytics. Would like to see more robust data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hundreds of unique QR codes that need to be individually tracked. Branch allows us to track create unique links for each for easy attribution.

Our Branch representatives are helpful and responsive to all of our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there more capabilities for web tracking. That help complete the whole package of cross-platform tracking!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch has been helping us solve tracking for links placed on organic content, tracking clicks/impressions in our ads, and tracking mobile conversions.
Branch + DICE
What do you like best about the product?
Branch helps me create/wrap links so that they will open up in our app! It's a pretty quick process, and it makes it easy to see attribution/clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature never seems to work because we create so many Branch links on a regular basis, and I think Branch doesn't hold all of them. It would be great if we could have a page that shows all Branch links that you've personally created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me create custom links that will open up in our app instead of the web!

The customer support and success management is the best across all our tech providers and partners.

Nothing comes to mine that I dislike about Branch

It helps us provide the link between our paid advertising and our app. QR codes enable us to convert offline to online.
Useful but underutilized
What do you like best about the product?
Quicklinks are very helpful, the configurations allowed are flexible enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taking a long time to integrate Branch with our app to be able to see custom events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deeplinking. We can send users from the top of the funnel directly to our app for account creation and add a promo code automatically.
Branch performs all the necessary functions to operate as a worthwhile MMP.
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility, the ease of setting up, the account management and accommodation to specific client needs. The ability to easily export data to plug into our data warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the SKAN data could be a lot clearer. There's definitely a case to be said around the nature of SKAN as a whole, but ultimately it appears as if the data we see in Google App Campaigns for Install mismatch what we see in Branch SKAN dashboard. Also other MMPs offer the ability to track uninstalls which could help us optimise our app install campaigns better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Branch solves is a thorough deeplinking solution which benefits Hostelworld massively by being able to run campaigns that offer a seamless user experience.

Teaming. Bring together with peers via LIM, essential tools, easy to work with.

Will always accept a lower price, but their value is there.

New sign-up fraud prevention. Referrals fraud prevention. Marketing attribution.

That is is an easy-to-use platform and has a lot of the data needed to report.

It is hard to group together data from SKAD network and opted in users, as well as cross platform
