Easy to use, easier to measure
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to duplicate links, get QRs and measure all sources in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating web based links is sometimes an issue when app links are enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run campaigns across channels and like the dasboard to view visits/installs and conversions from each source.

Easy to use dashboard and create quick links. It is easy to implement the links on real website. The customer care team is responsice and the FAQs are easy to understand

The older links take some time to load sometimes.

We are able to create quick links easily and target specific customers using SMS and notifications.

I like that Branch provides comprehensive insights into user acquisition and behavior. also help us to monitor overall source wise tracking for performance

sometime summary takes time to load in google chrome

* Its genuinely tough to find links by searching by tags. unless i have noted/copied the link, i usually cant find the link

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Branch is that it's very user friendly. It has a step by step process of creating links making it easy for the user to creation of the link. Additionally, making a unique link specific to each campaign by adding UTM parameters helps in better analysis of campaign performance. Such features and data tracking is amongst other good features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have faced using the platform is that finding links is a little difficult and tagging feature doesn't work very aptly at times.

Branch links are not only used for campaign execution but also in campaign performace analysis. The links that we create on Branch help us in setting up redirecting path for our potention traffic to our app via all the Campaigns that we do- SMS, Whatsapp, Email. In addition, tracking of these Branch links on the platform also help us in giving us an understanding of how these campaigns have performed in achieving our goals.

The interface is a bit old fashioned. It takes time to load in Windows but works good in iOS.
