Branch Overview

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly including building workflows/ banners and also analyzing the performance of these workflows. I primarily use Branch for smart banners and we have seen a great lift from using Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being that my main use if for smart banners, building the banners on the platform is not as intuitive as lets say Canva for building creatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is solving the problem of converting mobile traffic to app users. We have significant mobile traffic and use smart banners to drive this user to use the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform is well laid-out and everything is in laymans terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the support could be more hands-on with training webinars to help.

Branch is helping us to drive users to our app where we beleive they will gain a better customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
the brand create technologies that enable innovation quicky and efective for digital marketing, the platform is very easy to use and it allows for quick setting and implementation, is an ally for marketers that want to make desitions based on testing and insigths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great to see more predictive analytics as well as more flexibilty or options in the journeys templates. having acces to industry bechmarks and creatives examples in the setting platform will be very usefull for time and cretion process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile marketing for : we use it mainly for email deeplinking and journeys from where we can use: CTR data, AB Testing,Cohort Analysis, Conversion Tracking,In-App Events Tracking, Reporting/Analytics
Retention Tracking, Session Recording, Uninstall Tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Cohort view of the data from every paid channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could create engagement builder for more channels

It gives me a clear view of the data and I like that you can customize the metric, e.g. first time purchase, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only ever use Appsflyer other than branch (back in 2019) and find branch has more data than was ever available to me in AF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be easier to use. Segmenting by week (sun-mon, mon-sun) and other pre-set date parameters would be good. Also filters easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can see in app events for my android Google app campaigns (i am a PPC specialist but manage Google app campaigns).

What do you like best about the product?
It's a straightforward platform to use. I spend the most time creating deep links where you can measure campaign goals and ROI. It's for people who are using the web and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coding can be a bit confusing for me; however, over time, I'm sure there will be an easier process for specific links on different platforms. For example, Instagram links vs. Twitter links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deep linking helps track lots of components to a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I value the fact we are able to provide our customers a user-friendly experience. I also like our integrated slack channel for assistance directly from Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult getting reroutes and parameters set up on our end before we go to Branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a gated homepage experience, so we like to use Branch to directly send our customers to the app if they're on mobile, and a browser if they're on desktop.

Leverage Data with Branch

What do you like best about the product?
as a data scientist it's really helpful to have the attribution data. Thank to that we know where users are coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a bit complicated, and understanding branch raw tables is kind of tricky (so many fields and only way to understand was to reach out to Branch team)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a way to identify our user attribution.
