Branch as great partner in MMP solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, even for the beginner. The support is really great, 24/7 and fast response. Easy to integration and full of understanding when we read or ask any help to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more intensive to share the updated features, so we can utilize more. Some features needed to update such as demographic and geographic, so the users can capture the data well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The wrong data tracking and Branch can identify one by one very well

Solid app analytics/attribution and tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Branch is a great platform to measure/track mobile app attribution, their deep-linking capabilities are particularly useful. We use it regularly to create tracking links, QR codes, and for high-converting modals via Branch Journeys
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some initial setup issues and persistent problems with deep-linking for the first few quarters. The Support Team was slower back in 2021-22 but I've seen marked improvements in 2023 so I'm not dissatisfied currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch provides us with everything that we need for proper attribution, deep linking, app analytics, and more.
Useful service for deep linking to your app
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to make a deep link on their service and that it's highly customizable to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I think the service is great. The only thing is I'd like for them to have a mobile app to access their services on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make use of Branch to lead users directly to our app, which has benefitted our MAU and DAU goals as it reduces the number of taps needed to get from the link to our app. It also allows us to track the number of users tapping on the link, downloads and whether it was on Android or iOS. Extremely helpful analytics that serve to inform our marketing efforts and drive CTAs.
Highly responsive support team. Quick response & resolution time
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use & their customer support. I use branch almost daily to maintain data for my app & if hardly I face any issue, their team replies quickly & resolves the query.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work at an early stage startup, their cost can be slightly less
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve attribution issue as we advertise on multiple channels, this gives us insides on which channel to scale or pause.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Branch is very easy to use and intuitive platform. I enjoy the range of metrics and insights it offers. Their deep linking solution is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downfalls but would appreciate the option to make a web only link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to deep link customers to specific locations in our mobile app creates really seamless mobile experiences for our customers.
Good Support: Resolved My Branch Link Issue!
What do you like best about the product?
They offered comprehensive information regarding the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the response time from branch support can be delayed.

Branch assists in swiftly generating traceable URLs and facilitates mobile app affiliate marketing.
Easy Implementation, High Reward
What do you like best about the product?
The main capability of one link performing different actions per platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am searching for the Branch title of my link, the link does not come up in the search. That leads me to have to get the URL, then search that, with it then being searchable. Maybe this is a me error but it has plagued me since day 1 of using Branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to easily deep link into my app on mobile devices while taking a user to the web version of that link when on desktop/not in app.
Better than Appsflyer
What do you like best about the product?
Branch not just does what a MMP is expetced to do, but also adds a little bit more customisation needed by a partner to better track their business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have been better if branch would have provided not just no events but also a funnel based approach in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is one source of truth for all our marketing efforts. Which help us to better track goals and efficient allocation of budgets to marketing campaigns.
Pretty good service, not clear what is available immediately, messy documentation

It does what it promises. Easy to create quick links. Sales rep was nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation was very messy to implement our solution. It was not immediately clear how to implement things on our architecture until much deeper into the details.
