What do you like best about the product?
The system shows how much time people spend in messengers.
Good visualization of results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to interpret the results.
Not all systems that we use every day, could be integrated with Uplevel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal is to see the work shape of the teams and time distribution during a sprint

Good help utility to track team health

What do you like best about the product?
- automatic meeting categorization
- tracking team member health and recommendations
- ability to compare people metrics within one team
- reports aligned by sprints
- integration with bitbucket to track stuck PRs
What do you dislike about the product?
Many company meeting in calendar formally mandatory but since they are useless most of the time, people just skip them or connect "in background" to continue their regular activity. This corrupts statistics for meeting distribution and make it not realy honestly reflect reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get visibility of team work (health) that I did not have before. It is convinient to have metrics from different sources(calendar, slack, bitcuvket, jira) in obe place and have alligned to team and sprint

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to improve engineering team efficiency, simplify the work of scrum master and help to control different metrics across all linked products
What do you dislike about the product?
Very pure API support. It will be better to have a possibility to export metrics for different automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage the progress of engineering teams in simple and visual representation, get metrics for sprints, and manage the health of work. This helps to build a right working balance inside teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Exec dashboard with aggregations on DORA, and things like always on, deep work trended over time! Super helpful to get a pulse and ability to dig deeper to identify root cause and drive action!

Uplevel is super engaged and is very responsive to help/make changes when requested
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more key data sources to ingest - PagerDuty, GreenHouse etc

Focus better and tie the team offering with the exec offering better

Add more explicit support for DORA metrics

Remote Worker support tool is a must have

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get a gauge for discussion with employees. Especially remote workers. Also, increased JIRA integration helps to monitor projects by being able to group individuals together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resent updates that included the flexibility of JIRA is great; downside, depending on teams they may not use it as much if they have limited jira exposure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uplevel is solving my ability to be more flexible to see what the team is doing from the JIRA standpoint. As a manager the ability to get a gauge on employee work and specific points of contact is great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility and view into the teams active projects that Uplevel provided. The allocation view into engineering adds much needed accountability and visibility into what the engineering teams are doing, the active projects and their velocity/time investment. As org leaders it provides a better handle on the org allocation and where are the areas we should spend more or less time in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the allocation aspect is in its early stages and I would like to see it get more depth. I would like to see the predictive aspect of allocation developed (not to full AI but early deductive modelling).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the allocation problem, a growing issue in software development. Uplevel is ahead of the curve, and I hope it will maintain that edge.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are easy to read, and the team is always on top of our requests. So far, all data has been available on time to comply with our deadlines, so our processes continue to run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, our experience with Uplevel has been 100% positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboard that Uplevel designed has significantly reduced our analysis time in our quaterly process. Now the data is simplified and organized in a way that allows us to automate several review steps while maintaining the required level of detail in our data to comply with audit requirements.

Great insights into engineering team's metrics and behaviors

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards are handy for seeing the "Always on" and "Dep work" metrics. I love the weekly updates/aleerts in emails too
What do you dislike about the product?
Too early in the cycle to develop dislikes. If I have to pick on something, I'd say Uplevel needs to work on integrating with Microsoft DevOps at the earliest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering team is very metrics-driven, and Uplevel provides the teams with the critical insights to increase their productivity and efficiencies. It has also resulted in a positive change, like conversations with team members focused on improving their deep work and understanding reasons around high "Always on" metrics etc.

Great New Tool To Improve Engineering Operations

What do you like best about the product?
Uplevel is very flexible and has tremendous customer service. They can extract data from many of your operational tools and unlock areas for improvement. They are constantly evolving and delivering new functions and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uplevel needs a lot of access to your tools and data, it can seem very invasive at first. It is very secure but can seem intrusive from a security and personal perspective for employees. The key is to message and use the tool constructively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engineering operational efficiency is tough to measure. It can be even harder to identify the potential areas of improvement. UpLevel can link your operational tools (Jira, Git, Slack, etc.) and schedules to diagnose where there may be problems or opportunities for improvement.
