Onboarding to Gatekeeper
What do you like best about the product?
The 1:1 meetings with my onboarding POC, Arjun, were the most helpful.
It helped me get to know the system and complete a thorough audit through onboarding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Agility/flexibility/custimization of certain features are limited - such as Dashboards and fields that are a bit extensive in contracts/suppliers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves contract management and lifecycles. Benefiting me as becoming the source of truth for my legal docs.
Intuitive, scalable, and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper has a user-friendly interface which makes it incredibly easy to navigate. Users within the organisation will not need extensive training to find what they want to look for, which removes the need to spend time and effort into training. Standout features for Gatekeeper is definitely its scalability, organisations are able to tailor Gatekeeper to their needs (i.e.how they would like to use Gatekeeper in accordance with the size and scale of the organisation itself); as the organisation matures, Gatekeeper also has the necessary tools to adapt to its growing needs and maturity. Furthermore, the team at Gateekeeper is always super helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure can be seen as expensive, especially for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Gatekeeper team is constantly seeking feedback on how they can assist the organisation, there are instances where core fields within the tool itself are not customisable, which the team will endeavour to help to their best extent. I understand that Gatekeeper is trying to integrate AI into their tool, which would take away a lot of manual work from the administrators of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper is easy to use and easy to implement. Customer support has been extremely helpful as I am using the platform often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features was difficult to lean at first. Integration was challenging in the beginning as it was a new system. However, the team was very helpful in helping us understanding the various components of integration, implementation, and beyond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper is helping our organization have a proper contract management system in place as our company did not have a way to store contracts. It allows our internal team to properly track contracts assigned to them, and gives them the power to analyze the data and take action.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper is the tool that keeps giving. Keeping up to date with the latest trends which offers customers a range of uses for the system. The support from Gatekeeper is always 10/10 and the will always take the time to help when needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more modules around ESG as an upcoming interest for all businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper is a very simple and effective tool that all users can easily access and use. We can communicate with our Vendors and Employees can create requests with an Audit trail which reduces mistakes.
I think it is a very interactive system to have al your contracts in one place.

You can choose your set of data fields, it is dynamic

Nothing so far. However, the UI/UX can be a bit more interactive

The problem of having you contracts scattered out rather that in one place, and also to readily report on key data fields.

What do you like best about the product?
I came into the Gatekeeper experience with zero support internally due to a transition within my company. The Gatekeeper team has been by my side patiently step by step to assist with all the aspects that were customized previously. Our Senior Implementation Consultant Chris is intuitive with our needs and is impressive with his experience in the Gatekeeper product. Chris, Robyn, and their GK team is both proactive and responsive, providing valuable advice and guidance that helps our organization meet our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the emphasis on currency could be removed or hidden from my dashboard. It is not a priority in how we utilize Gatekeeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper allows us to quickly get our contracts signed with a click of a button!

What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use and the implementation was straight forward. Also, great customer support before and after going live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure could be better. We have a quota on the number of vendors.

Storing all contracts in the cloud and facilitating easy retreival. Also, the workflow feature allows us to put contracts through for signatures and then stores it.

Nothing really, I am happy with what they offer.

Managing Contracts was a hassle before a peer suggested Gatekeeper, and we haven't looked back ever since.

Core fields not customizable (atleast the name and place where the field is placed should be customizable)

We are currently enjoying the benefits of easily uploading a contract in Gatekeeper which serves as the contract DBMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product, easy to implement and yet flexible to adjust where needed. Can cover all the basics, but is also flexibel for the most complex requirements.
Follow-up by customer support is great, and they are available when needed.
