overall fairly good.
What do you like best about the product?
stable and reliable, it often just works in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selinux is not the most intuitive. it can break the "it just works" feel when you have to do something custom to deal with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consistent stable Environment, that works across versions well most of the time.

It can be difficult to configure network interfaces unless you really know what you are doing.

OS reliability and stability. This OS is the clear backbone of our operation.

Feature Delays seem long to get from upstream.

The old pricing model but it's getting better now and I have a very experience account manager that helps navigate the process.

Nothing really.. the more I am using the product the better my Experience gets. Training would be one key area where some improvements could be made.

Reiable Linux with Enterprise Support
What do you like best about the product?
Systemd makes RHEL one of the easiest OS to run custom services and managing them even with containers.
The docs about systemd files and how easily it is to integrate them including forwarding logs to journald makes RHEL very comfortable.

Default App Stream Repos coming with old software and it's hard to install alternative, newer versions of Packages like Python.

Running simple services outside of OpenShift.
