The appearance is quite functional. I like the option to create chat rooms where we can talk with our internal and external collaborators.

I have nothing to complain about him so far. We were just a little upset because a large part of our collaborators did not adopt the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding our last tool, which was quite obsolete and did not allow us to create various rooms. This tool, in addition to having a very functional design, assists us in better communication with our internal and external collaborators.

All the possibilities of integraiton with external tools. Also, the possibility to have a unique place to talk with my team with different channels and people .

I have some problems with my ios application which logouts everytime i close it. Also, i would like to have video tutorial to pass to my non tech teams to facilitate our work.

I believe the rocket chat solves problems like having one place to talk about work without having messages from family, clients, etc. Also, protects the confidential data of my bussiness.

I believe that the ease of installation, using SNAP, Docker or Kubernetes, is one of my strongest points.

In my view as an administrator, the features related to the Federation are not very useful from my point of view.
It may be something useful for other admins but I believe it is not something so interesting for the vast majority of users

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to internal communication, helping with compliance between teams, we are also solving several other problems, such as the use of livechat and the entire omnichannel part of the software, which has been guaranteeing us various data regarding support, commercial and financial services.
Rocket.Chat is fantastic. We have been using it for over 4 years and it has greatly increased the team's productivity.

I can install locally and it is free.

The process of updating the database could be 'easier'.

Rocket.chat makes communication easy, not as slow as an email nor as fast as a call.

It's an open source platform and is very flexible it's very customizable and is present in almost all platforms it can also be integrated with jira and GitHub as well

The User experience might be an issue for the users as it's difficult to switch around if the default UI can be improved it would be great and the file sharing size is limited

It act as a single platform where all team members can collaborate and contribute and since it's open source it's free for the organisationthe main point is it act as a centralised point for all the team members
