Well, as already mentioned, it facilitates communication with the other employees of the company I work for

the use of threads for communication and the ability to create discussions so that people interested in the subject can participate quickly and easily is a great facilitator to help in communication
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then the service doesn't forward the notifications, it's also common for it to go offline sometimes and this ends up hindering in some cases. I believe that the global search feature, although interesting, could also be improved so that it can fit phrases and display the conversations in full.

Having assertive communication greatly aids in the workplace and in decision-making, as well as in being able to solve problems and avoid them more quickly, making the work routine more fluid.

I like being able to open threads so that group conversations, for example, become more simplified. This way, several people can talk about different topics at the same time without losing context due to interruptions.

I frequently have some issues with connection loss, where I need to reload the page to receive or send pending messages. It also happens to freeze and log out automatically.

I use rocket.chat to communicate with my colleagues at work, and it benefits me because of the threads that can be opened. I have no complaints about the tool used. I would like it to still be possible to track the viewing of messages by collaborators in the free plan.

The tread help a lot in the centralization of content in a conversation; Make very easy to understando what is happening in work kkkkk

When you open a tread (opened in right sidebar), and change to anoter discussion, the tread is closed :(

The organization of the platform is a bit confusing to me. Sometimes I get lost in the discussions and channels.
