Control and practicality in the team's work conversations.
What do you like best about the product?
The separation into Teams, Channels, Discussions, and Direct Messages speeds up and keeps the communication of the entire work team organized, facilitating remote group work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it presents problems when updating Rocket. However, it is possible to continue using the old version that does not interrupt daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat helps us with team communication, which operates remotely. It enables private conversations, announcement channels for the entire team, and discussions of interest to the whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about Rocketchat was the possibility of integration between the different sectors of the company. The tool greatly assists with the possibility of creating distinct channels and thread chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face some problems with the automatic update of Rocket.Chat, requiring a manual download from the website because it cannot be done automatically. Today I use Windows 11 and occasionally I cannot properly view the thread update; it is not scrolling down appropriately as participants write, and I need to scroll manually to read all the messages. Sometimes I ended up not reading messages that got lost because I didn't scroll and I didn't realize I needed to scroll down, and there was also no notification of unread messages because I was in the current thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Rocket.Chat, our company is managing to create channels and discussions across the entire company. Before, we needed more than one tool for this, as some departments only use Linux and do not use Skype. Now we are all using Rocket.Chat.
It facilitates the organization of various topics by having threads, so the conversation doesn't get scattered and it also makes it easier to search for specific problem resolutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about rocket chat is the thread system, very helpful

The downside is that the notification often don't work and I end up missing something important

Instant messages in a simple interface, wich makes it very easy to use and to get used to.
Good UI and easy communication, could be improved a lot

Rocketchat offers a simple and open source, that's the best part. Also the pricing is really affordable compared to other products with same feathers.

The user interface is the bad part of rocket chat. Whereas Slack is so much better.

the use of threads for communication and the ability to create discussions so that people interested in the subject can participate quickly and easily is a great facilitator to help in communication

Every now and then the service doesn't forward the notifications, it's also common for it to go offline sometimes and this ends up hindering in some cases. I believe that the global search feature, although interesting, could also be improved so that it can fit phrases and display the conversations in full.

Having assertive communication greatly aids in the workplace and in decision-making, as well as in being able to solve problems and avoid them more quickly, making the work routine more fluid.

I frequently have some issues with connection loss, where I need to reload the page to receive or send pending messages. It also happens to freeze and log out automatically.

I have no complaints about the tool used. I would like it to still be possible to track the viewing of messages by collaborators in the free plan.
