A very good communication software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ability to create, join, and leave channels, and quick start to team collaboration. All the features are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add. I really like using Rocket.chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having good communication with my team even during the pandemic years, when everything suddenly changed from in-person to remote.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the possibility of integrating with different applications and the customizable configuration that adapts to each organization. The management of users with their permissions and roles is very good. The connection with external applications. The usage statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when unexpected errors occur while performing some type of configuration; there should be better exception handling, as the errors are not easy to identify. The mobile application can be improved, especially in its performance, as it is not very smooth, and I would also apply improvements to its design. I am not pleased with the user experience regarding the way messages are written and their format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat solves the way of communication between employees of the organization and external clients who depend on it. With its functionalities, it benefits us by providing quick and easy access to relevant information for the organization, through channels associated with a bot and integration in between.
Challenges, agility, and breaking paradigms.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows customer service to be carried out quickly and dynamically. The ability to send audio and files, in addition to text, greatly aids interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform sometimes seems unstable, in the video recording section it does not capture the computer screen. Request comments at the end of the service. And also the impossibility for those attended to view the response on devices different from the one that requested the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This question is a bit difficult to answer because we constantly face some challenges, and it is somewhat difficult to identify how much of the system we are using is from Weni and how much is from Rocket.Chat.
Very easy to use and good organization
What do you like best about the product?
I liked rocket chat for it's simplicity and the ability to create multiple channels to organize work topics. On my current job we use slack and I see very similar upsides on both of the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to have temporary outages on our company's rocket chat. I don't know if it had to do with how it was hosted for us or something like that. From what I remember we didn't have voice chat at the time, so we had to rely on other tools like discord or Google meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket chat helped us have fast communication between team member and a centralized place for all of our messages. That helps us move faster and also have a place where we can see the history of the development of the company.

It's like common interaction tool used in companies but the thing here is it's cheap in cost compared with other tools. Offers best solution

We mainly used emails for our in-company communication. After introducing rocket.chat the amount of our communication increased rapidly because of the easy of use, especially from iPhone.

Great alternative to proprietary messengers
What do you like best about the product?
Roket Chat gives me everything I need from a messenger at work. Correspondence is well organized in threads. It is convenient to work with a group of employees using teams. There is a video call. The paid version has excellent integration with Active Directory, users, chats are synchronized with AD. Development is dynamic, many new features are added, developers listen to consumers and work individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small bugs that sometimes take a long time to fix. There are no some familiar features from other messengers, for example, select several messages and forward them to another chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between employees. Automation of tasks through bots and integration with other systems. Notification from third party systems. Scheduler.

What I like most about Rocket.Chat is that it's intuitive, because I can find everything I need quickly, the look is very good, and it's constantly being updated.

To adapt to our business model. With each update we manage to serve our client better, enabling new functions and improving the layout, because in this way, we are able to serve our client more efficiently.
