StatSig has exceeded our expectations ... and occasionally pocketbooks
What do you like best about the product?
StatSig is a lightweight, fast, and extensible solution for experimentation, optimization, analytics, and technical operations. Beyond the classic experimentation features, it also
- allow us to automatically optimize using multi-arm-bandit (aka 'AutoTune')
- use their metrics explorer to conduct deeper analysis and reporting, without other BI tools
- operate and optimize an extensible series of product components within their dynamic configs, allowing non technical users to onboard new clients, change settings, and modify core product behavior at a low-level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing for event-level data storage and analysis has been cost prohibitive, however generally this is easily overcome with minor architectural changes / addons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig tackles three big pain points for us and delivers clear wins in each area:
Slow, manual experimentation → Automated, faster learning
- Statsig’s lightweight A/B framework lets us spin up tests in minutes instead of days.
- “AutoTune” (their multi-armed-bandit feature) shifts traffic to winners on-the-fly, so we harvest gains without waiting for a fixed test horizon.
Fragmented analytics stack → One place for answers
- The built-in Metrics Explorer lets product and growth teams slice results, run significance checks, and build reports—no separate BI tool or SQL gymnastics required.
Hard-coded product settings → Self-serve, dynamic configs
- Dynamic Configs act like a remote control panel for our app. Non-technical teammates can onboard new clients, toggle features, or tweak pricing/UX variables without engineering deploys, which shortens iteration cycles and frees dev hours for bigger work.
Net result: we learn faster, ship safer, and iterate on product logic without piling work onto engineers.

Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig is a very user-friendly tool that facilitates the interpretation and analysis of results. It is very reliable and greatly accelerates the experimentation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process can be a bit long. However, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The generation of scorecards and analysis of results was very complex and took us a lot of time. Statsig helps us make everything faster so we can have more experiments with less operational load, and much more reliable results.
Great A/B testing and feature gating framework
What do you like best about the product?
So far I have only tried feature gating and dynamic config. It is very easy to use and absolutely helpful to speed up our development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If I had to make a wish list: I'd hope it has better integration with our logging framework so that I can have a all-in-one A/B testing to metrics/logging analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us easily run A/B testing and demo
A solid product that can get cluttered easily
What do you like best about the product?
I think statsig allows us to ship AB tests instantly. Its so quick and I can't imagine working without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Statsig's combination of feature flags, experiments, and other features can get a bit messy to keep control of. Partially our implementation is to blame, but within each of these options on the statsig console, there is just too much going on. I often have to navigate for a bit to find what i'm looking for, and i wish it was easier to find my way around the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing is instant, and helps us make decisions fast.
I improve the workflow and analysis times
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, maintains good experimentation practices, reduced analysis time, and improved workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few compared to its benefits, but I would like to have the option to reconfigure an experiment with a historical change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The question in Spanish is not clear, bad translation.
Review
What do you like best about the product?
I really don't like much, I think it's very difficult to experiment with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table that we get in SQL only brings one impression per user and only when the user reach the screen in the experiment. For me it should bring impressions every time the user ENTERS the app. Also I don't like that the table doesn't load impressions form the same day. In the platform Is difficult to link 2 experiments and assign a proper configuration for both (you can do it with a hold out group but if I have two completely different experiment I cannot put 2 default configs in that).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, I preffered the old platform that we used to use
Powerful A/B testing that rivals the best toosls I’ve used at Meta and other companies
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig is a lot like the high-end experimentation tools I had at Meta. It's fast, accurate, and able to handle tests at scale but still has a nice UI and doesn't require a lot of heavy setup. I can launch an A/B test very quickly and easily share the dashboard with the rest of my team. It's also easy to dig into specific segments to find insights I’d probably miss otherwise. As a PM running lots of experiments, it’s become the main tool we use to reliably make run experiments and make launch decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features to dig in and see different insights and cohorts takes some time to learn, but once you get the hang of them, they’re incredibly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliably running A/B experiments and making launch decisions on whether we should launch it or not.
Experimentation on all level
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has many perks that the previous experiment tool we had was missing of those feature, such as layer, gradual rollout, etc, also how it connects e2e metrics we have. With statsig, everyone has the same chance to conduct an experiment, whether it is technical or product-based experimentation. We could see the direct impact of what we are doing on a technical level and how it affects the business metrics we have. They also have a helpful AI assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is might not the cheapest one but It is totally worth it investment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage component with dinamic config and feature flag help us reduce complexity on the code.
A/B Test could be prepared instantly with celar metrics.
Post experiment monitoring also easy with this.

Powerful experimentation platform with room for simplification
What do you like best about the product?
Stat Sig offers a wide range of powerful features that make it easy to adapt the platform to the many types of experiments I run daily. I use it almost every day to track key metrics and monitor performance, which significantly reduces my workload. It also gives me a comprehensive view of how all experiments are performing across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the number of features or unsure about the right way to configure a test. While that’s not entirely the platform’s fault—it’s also related to how our team is structured—different groups use the tool differently, and when issues come up, they tend to be very specific and hard to replicate across other teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time on tracking key metrics and easily manager features , less clicks and approvals.
Great experimentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Statsig is how easy it is to view updated results of a running tests by their pulse results but also via dashboards & metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Statsig is it's rigidness to make changes. There's a very specific way of configuring so making changes is very time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conecting tests with results
