Best analytics/epxerimentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Most advanced tool, great pricing, easy to set up and use, even if non technical
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be improved, but I trust that this will come with time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve conversion via analytics and experimentation, making sure we get the most out of traffic
Great tool to use, especially the feature flags
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implementations, the team really loves the integrated feature flags and experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to really understand and configure the tool, wish you could offer more learning/onboarding materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say mostly the feature development, experimentation and decision-making based on data.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
AB testing is not a simple thing to do well, but Statsig provides all the necessary tools in a simple UI to help you.
We were early adopters of Statsig, and from the beginning they were incredibly responsive to our feedback.
We demoed a new integration to our data warehouse, and from the beginning it was very stable.
Today, it's a vital part of our product development cycle.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike when they react so quickly to feedback, and constantly come up with features that are useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a reliable platform to do experimentation and feature management.
Very powerful platform that can fit anyone's needs

Ease of use, customer support, and flexibility to fit into each product stack are all unmatched
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration/implementation was hard initially, but the dedicated support team helped us through it and it ultimately results in a polished, well-rounded product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helped us find a cheaper A/B testing platform that is better tailored our product's needs (speed/security, etc.) and not too much extra

What do you like best about the product?
They have an amazing product and their customer service team is pretty responsive and helpful.

Nothing much. I find statsig to be a really useful product

Statsig is solving experimentation problem pretty nicely

What do you like best about the product?
It's a trustworthy and well designed experimentation platform, built by AB testing experts.

Some more exotic metric definitions are not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig offers full featured experiment analysis. It allows my team to move fast and focus on business impact.
AB testing platform with lots of powerful features
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to both set experiment targeting and evaluate AB test results in the same platform as well as how quick data is loaded into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to all the underlying available features it can be bit of an intial learning curve, but once you get into the day to day use of the platform, definitely becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig currently serves as the platform where we set all targeting rules for every experiment or feature rollout as well as serves at the main data visualilzation tool we use to analyze all experiment metrics.
Statsig is a great tool that makes complex experimentation easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean UI. There's a lot of information, most of which is accessible without a second click, but a lot of effort has clearly been put into designing the interface to look clean regardless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Statsig can sometimes be blocked by ad blockers, but this is the case for many such tools, and would not be a reason to not use Statsig.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps us gate our feature code and also power experiementation with control and test groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has been a huge help for our engineering team when it comes to running experiments. The interface is intuitive, and once you’re up and running, it’s easy to create new feature gates and A/B tests with minimal overhead. The SDK is flexible and works well with our modern web stack. Their visualization of experiment results is also clear and makes it easy to share insights with product and marketing stakeholders without needing to do extra analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve during initial setup. Getting the SDK properly wired into our app and understanding the nuances of gate exposure logging took some trial and error. The documentation is good but could benefit from more real-world examples. That said, once it’s configured, the platform has been very reliable and low-maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps us confidently run experiments and make data-informed product decisions without relying heavily on data science resources. Before using Statsig, experimentation felt manual and time-consuming—we had to piece together metrics ourselves or rely on custom dashboards. Now, engineers and product managers can quickly set up feature gates and A/B tests, and get reliable results fast. This has accelerated our product development cycles and made it easier to measure the actual impact of new features before rolling them out widely.
