Seamless Experimentation and Feature Management at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Statsig makes it to run experiments and roll out features with confidence. The setup is quick and developer-friendly, and the automatic analysis of experiment results saves a lot of manual effort. The real-time insights and robust metric tracking help us make data-driven decisions faster, which is crucial for delivering value to users quickly and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Statsig is a powerful tool, there’s room for improvement in a few areas. The customization options for dashboards and reports could be more flexible to better fit different team needs. It would also be helpful to have deeper integrations with some analytics and data visualization tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps solve the challenge of confidently rolling out new features and understanding their real impact. By making it easy to run A/B tests and manage feature flags, it allows us to validate ideas quickly without risking user experience.
Overall, Statsig enables our team to move faster, make data-driven decisions, and deliver better products to users with less guesswork.

Empowered Our Whole Team to Experiment Faster and Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has fundamentally transformed how we approach experimentation at Every.org. We’ve gone from a handful of tests to a culture where nearly everyone on our small team — not just engineers — can confidently run A/B tests. Features like cloning past experiments and built-in analytics make it easy to iterate, measure impact, and build momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't any major issues with the platform. The biggest hurdle has been onboarding non-engineers. While the platform itself is intuitive, the documentation is more geared toward engineering teams. For teammates outside of engineering it takes a little time working with one of our engineers to get to a place where they can fully self-serve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig solves two major problems for us: limited access to experimentation and slow iteration cycles. Before Statsig, only engineers could run A/B tests, which created bottlenecks and limited our ability to test ideas quickly. Now, cross-functional teammates — including product, design, and data — can confidently set up and interpret experiments, dramatically increasing our testing velocity. This has helped us make more informed decisions, reduce risk when shipping new features, and directly increase both signups and donations. Statsig has made experimentation a core part of our product culture, even as a small team.
Statsig is GREAT!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple enough to use, but powerful enough to be meaningful
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. Not the steepest, but there are things to learn to make Statsig useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking hypothetical feature improvements and testing them in the real-world. Closes the feedback loop with our customers with real data instead of guessing.
Accelerating Ads Experimentation at SoundCloud
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the platform. The support we get from Statsig when troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Post analysis often needs a manual report to be pulled, would love to be able to do long term retention analysis in the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and running a multitude of experiments at the same time and being able to quickly make adjusts and restart experiments.
All good so far - excited for more
What do you like best about the product?
So far statsig has been a great product - we just finished implementation and are starting our first tests and already seeing great results - For the first time I feel like we are getting actually scientific about our product development - which is INCREDIBLY exciting
What do you dislike about the product?
So far in my short time using statsig I haven't disliked anything. I guess as a new user it would be nice to have some recipes or walkthroughs showing me best practices for setting up tests but I am just relying on ai for that and working great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to collect, organize, and test product analytics in a simple and easy manner. I'm running a one man shop and now as I try to grow any tool I can use to build without more people and statsig delivers that and so much more.
Data Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible for both base users and advanced users in customizing and creating tests
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of manual work that goes into setting up key metrics that usually requires additional modeling work or copying metrics already created in our reporting structure. We would benefit more from integrating user assignments into our visualization platform than integrating our metrics into statsig.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig is powering our testing infrastructure and enabling us to test features before release.
Positive Experience with the Platform and Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The concept of group parameters in experiments makes it easier to manage complex tests. Their representatives are responsive and willing to help—even with the most basic or seemingly trivial questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they provided more real-world examples of various A/B testing use cases in the documentation to help users understand how to correctly set things up and how the Statsig APIs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incrementally onboard a new feature and traffic control.
Great for quick AB Tests and more
What do you like best about the product?
Helps to standardize everything and once set up correctly, cuts down on analysis time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of the UI could be better, like when it comes time to commit a new metric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web AB Testing, Funnel Testing
really have enjoyed getting our org started with Statsig
What do you like best about the product?
warehouse native is awesome and fits our business needs. a lot of advanced features like baking metrics and easy to use. Having the external slack support channel is also very helpful, I use it pretty often as well as our internal power users.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was a bit of a learning curve initially, but I don't really remember all the gripes anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
statsig is our org's first dedicated experimentation tool, and we've been getting more adoption and use from it, teams are actually measuring the impact of their feature work now
Warehouse-native experimentation is a breath of fresh air coming from Optimizely
What do you like best about the product?
Warehouse-native, access to all of our metrics for audience building and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
SideCar functionality is still limited - you need an engineer to implement tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StatSig is our platform for feature flagging/releases and A/B testing across the entire customer journey.
