The future of Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan is great. easy to use, great visualisations, as easy as 1 2 3 to get hold of.
I don't understand how this product is not super well known in the industry, these guys are doing a great job!

Very nice team, great product, great company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're pros at creating reports every day and not use any of them because of how complex and time consuming they are.

Very simple and intuitive, ideal for data visualization.

Very good product, and very easy to handle for both the developer and the end user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to deploy analytics quickly within our portal, without needing to hire an analytics team, whilst ensuring a smooth, seamless user experience for our users that WOWed them.
Modern, beautiful product that WOWed the team. Fun company for a serious cause.
What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful product that's nothing like I've seen in the data world in my career. The product made me gain time and helps me manage my team of 200 people, and to a certain extent the 2800 suppliers.
Overall the team is fun, the company is fun, funny story behind the decision to name it "Toucan Toco", and all for a serious and strategic asset in the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike in Toucan, saves me time and my team loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
accessibility to data without spending hours on it. In 2 clicks you get what you need, and you move on.
Shines a light on the HR x Financial department/data, execs love it, uncovers new insights.
What do you like best about the product?
A single point of truth, micro and macro insights, easier to use than mainstream BI tools.
Top Management loves using Toucan. The tool allowed us to mix HR and Financial data at once.
This helped us uncover new insights and put the HR department in the spotlight, which is great.
Expert ressources can now focus on their job, autonomy is ensured for the business users, productivity is up, data is being used.

What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan has opened a big open door to data for our teams already. Perhaps evolve the product into a full servicing platform?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single point of truth, clear and simple tool, remove all sorts of complexity we find in BI tools, become a business partner to the financial department.
Strategic asset to monitor digital transformation initiatives. Helps me manage 12 managers.
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan centralised all of our disparate data, helps me monitor and manage the advancements of our strategic banking initiatives related to digital transformation, easy to use and helps you see team work efficiency.
I love the built-in collaboration features which allow me to discuss data-related matters with each of my managers on a 1-1 basis. We no longer need to have an "expert" involved in everything we do.
Glossary is great also, helps understand each KPI.

What do you dislike about the product?
dislike would be related to the use case rather than to the product. But again, the team is super reactive so these changes are easy to implement. Love Toucan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralisation of disparate data within separate BI tools, ease of use by the team without having to suffer through another 4 months of training.
Cut our dashboard development time by 2/3rds !
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to deploy, in 2 months time we built what would've taken us 6 months on PowerBI or BO (if everything went well).
Toucan's infrastructure is lightweight, it took just 2 of us to be trained, without the need for a full time IT team.
Nothing to install for our users, no added licenses needed, no expertise / IT needed, strong methodology, lightweight software helped in shortening the development time.

What would perhaps need additional work is simplifying a bit more the back office training for a non expert.

Speed of deployment, ease of use.
If you want users to quickly get hold of analytics and perceive direct value, Toucan is for you ❤

Straight forward, good looking, intuitive, autonomous = great value !
Storytelling is very strong, with context all around the application, short descriptions, glossary help you understand the whole data, without needing to call or be accompanied by someone.

Context is really important in toucan. For some visualisation, in our use case I wish we emphasized this more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the users gain an autonomous, clearer overview with contextualised insights. No need for training or experts.
Finally able to focus on our core job. Great to communicate complex insights clearly to anyone.

Toucan helps communicate complex and technical HR data to anyone in the business, notably people that are new to HR information. Great in giving visibility, and for then digging deeper into HR insights.

As any tech product there's always going to be minor bugs, but nothing compared to the benefits of the tool.

We love Toucan, the tool is delivering onto its promises and we have high expectations, so not much to say in the negative side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring clarity and simplicity. The BI tools we have just didn't do the job.
Just go with a data storytelling platform that focuses on the UX, it'll make a huge difference in the perceived value of your product and the user satisfaction.

Great staff and high expectations from the product!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplify the lives of our teams on the field. We have a lot of people who know how to use excel, but there is a significant portion of people who just want the necessary information delivered to them. That's where Toucan came in. Reactive and friendly staff to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
too early to tell, but I can say that the communication is great, so not much to say here!

A lot of data fro people who are not familiar with the more technical tools. Toucan brought simplicity and is straight to the point.
