Very Responsive and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Cordial has great customer service. They are extremely responsive and have really helped us integrate our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some difficulties getting integrated with Shopify but the tech team at Cordial has really helped us get things connected and working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really want to target our customers and segment them and we are able to do that with Cordial. They have powerful tools for targeting and automation.

Definite Upgrade to the Current Email Landscape
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible. Allows for a lot of data to be linked and drive messages. We've been able to consistently add layers and layers of data while automated our messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the flexibility can be too much. There are many ways to achieve a desired goal and without guidance it is difficult to know which route is best for your data structure. One thing they definitely need to work on and have recognized is providing more "hand holding" with programs or customer solutions. Another thing missing at times are some basic analysis functions. There should be simpler and easier ways to access data and analyze messages, programs and series. They are working on this too, but have yet to release very many updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better more personalized message experience. We're a custom company and in that have millions of possible combinations and options. We're continually updating our experience to add new layers to our messages based on user behavior.
Ease of use with email drag and drop functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The Sculpt feature that allows you to customize a block of HTML to reuse on any email.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me writing the smarty code is the hardest or most disliked part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost the time it takes to create an email has been shortened a great deal. It took work to create all of the sculpt blocks but now that those are done creating an email is very fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good digital marketer in place that understands how to take advantage of all the features Coridal has. It would be beneficial if the main user of the product has HTML experience.
