What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
One of the valuable features of Dataiku is the workflow capability. It allows us to organize a workflow efficiently. The platform has a visual interface, making it much easier for educated professionals to organize their work. This feature is useful because it simplifies tasks and eliminates the need for a data scientist. If you are knowledgeable about AI, you can directly write using primitive tools like Pantera flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. However, Dataiku makes this process much easier.
What needs improvement?
One area for improvement is the need for more capabilities similar to those provided by NVIDIA for parallel machine learning training. We still encounter some integration issues.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Dataiku for three years.
How are customer service and support?
Customer service is somewhat different because Dataiku partners with local industry experts who understand the business better and provide support. It can be challenging to determine the provider of better support, however, overall, the support is good.

I believe the return on investment looks positive.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I considered another option that excels in parallel processing. However, it falls short in other areas. No product is perfect. If these two solutions worked together, it would be advantageous. Unfortunately, one has strengths in certain areas while the other excels in another.
What other advice do I have?
Why not? BHP sold the energy part to a company called Woodside. It has changed because they are now part of Woodside.
Overall, I rate the product eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that has all the functionalities that are needed by a developer on an everyday basis. Its so easy to use and integrate that the implementation can be done within a short amount of time. It has an excellent customer support that I would definitely use it frequently.

For now I am satisfied by all the features it offers.

It helped me deploy a code that was just in the execution phase and deliver it to my team so that they could use it everyday. Otherwise that code would have come into production.

Dataiqu has a user-friendly interface that simplified data management and analysis for my team. It allows for great collaboration, allowing my team to share data and work together on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dataiku's user-friendly interface is nice, the platform isn't as powerful as others. Like any new software, there is a bit of a learning curve when getting started.

Dataiku allows my team to prepare, analyze and collaborate on large datasets. It prevents us from working in a silo and allows us to share insights and use our collective ideas to further our marketing efforts.
Good user experience but limited capabilities

Robust tool, great capabilities and helped me automate some reports that I didnt need to spending time on every week.

Can be difficult to figure out what all the tool does. User experience could be better.

It makes working in large data sets faster. I can get more insghts faster and as a result have more time to do the other elements of my job.
