Poor subscription option

There is no cancel option for this subscription. Not so user friendly. Hard to manage. no proper documentation for the cancellation

Download was not delivered so was not able to try it. Looking elsewhere for a product with better processes and service.

Securing the Edge; Phishing attacks

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is working remotely while still logging into all my corporate email and data. It nice knowing that i am safely browsing the web even on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike their phishing protection capabilities. Doesn't protect against SMS and seems to just alert instead of prevent. I would like to see them improve visibility into apps and man-in-the-middle attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are up against the Microsfot Defender E5 license, which is giving out this product for free. Lots of agencies are moving to this.

Vendor requires registration in their own portal, but never made contact

To complete registration, CrowdStrike requires registration at their own portal. They say they will contact me in the next 2 business days, but two months later and nothing.
In addition, tried to contact the vendor via the support email and got no response. Bad service, can't use the subscription at all.
