Great user interface and detailed threat information.
What do you like best about the product?
Once an attack is detected we get an email notifying the issue almost immediately. This allows our team to quickly investigate and resolve the issue. As well as this, the Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Protection dashboard has a broad overview of our current endpoint and allows us to get a quick glance of the entire infrastructure. Not only this, once a new endpoint is added we can easily notice this via the Host Management section.
Compared to other products the best part is during the deployment stage. It is light weight and takes only a matter of seconds and there is no need to run a server as everything is managed by Crowdstrike on the cloud. Deployment for a device takes less than 5 minutes and works like a charm.

What do you dislike about the product?
When an attack is undertaken there are not enough detailed instructions on how to best resolve the incident. E.g. after an attack is conducted there should be steps detailing how to best mitigate the issue.
I would like it if there was detailed information of the attack and how it was conducted but most importantly article or steps required to minimise this issue. Once the fix has been implemented crowdstrike should be able to assess the PC again and confirm whether the incident has actually been resolved. There should be a way where as the administrator we know that we have successfully resolved the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since WFH is the new norm. Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Protection has allowed us to easily and quickly deploy and monitor endpoint devices within the work environment. We were able to deploy crowdstrike endpoint protection to almost over 200 devices within a matter of weeks and this allowed us to quickly shift into WFH, and not being worried of potential threats coming into the system, as we were protected by the advanced monitoring of crowdstrike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are after a security software that is easily and quickly deployable which is managed on the cloud and has advanced threat hunting techniques, then i would recommend crowdstrike as the go to product.

The capabilities that crowd strike has in preventing ransomware attacks which in turn has an effect on the business operations + money saving

It is very easy to use, with a user friendly management. Plus, a very strong detection and response

It has ability to capture all logs in terms of process and network traffic etc..

I really have nothing to tell about dislike, as I did not found in my last three years of experience.

The tool provides lots of information with a quick search platform

Helps as an optimum EDR solutions. Also can be combined with Microsoft Defender to remove conventional AVs

It is great tool and can serve as alternative to AV solutions. Helps a lot in canvasing the entire Network and securing the same

But some product like patch managemt, deception need to subscribe crowd strike stores

All end point production product are signature basis.. But crowd strike has ML and signature less end point production.. Current threat evalution we need this kind of protect

Good prodcut.. Full fill all our expectation

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud base so always up to date definition regardless if the user is remote. Can set up a password so it can't be uninstalled even if the user has admin rights.
What do you dislike about the product?
How that user interface is overall for agent usage. Support at times can be pushy and try to make something out of nothing sometimes.

Malware/virus protection
Most usable of the next gen solutions, imo.
What do you like best about the product?
The agent is very lightweight and covers all operating systems. The UX does not require a high level of expertise to figure out what is going on. And, with Spotlight you don't really have to worry about vulnerabilities anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard graphs can be confusing, especially regarding agent counts. The MAC installer is not work reliably due to changes implemented by Apple (Mojave and higher).

protecting workstation performance while still protecting the device, and detecting CVEs without expensive scanning.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I like that Falcon is incredibly lightweight and easy to install/deploy. Much better than traditional AV solutions in that you don't have a large client bogging down the end user machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web UI is a little clunky. Searching for machines can be slow and does not bring up good results unless you type the full actual name of the end user workstation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive learning AV that does alerting and network containment for infected hosts. As well as reporting and lightweight client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it, we have run into no issues so far and are pleased with how it performs when attacks or infections happen. Only downside is the web UI at this point.

It has great protection overall on the network including endpoint security. Apart from that, its also provides ample support for SOC procedures

Expensive in my opinion. To pay for a solution this expensive, it takes a while to persuade the maangement

Certainly use it if your organization has the budget for it. Very useful. Plus the added functionalities related threat detection helps!

Threat intelligence offered by it is the best and also top notch every time and also the endpoint protection with user insights helps us a lot and provides immediate time value and better enhanced performance and improves the efficiency and scalability for large cloud based applications

The updates are more,significant and every time i have to update them to have the latest stable version and some times overwatch is unprotective it lets the crowd come in and steal the data ,rest all is perfect

Falcon overwatch,intelligence,spotlight ,discover,bundles protection enhances the additional layer of security and keeps us to be alert all the time and sends significant instant updates and i dont have to worry about third party attacks or additional apps authorizations
