A powerful end to end CLM tool that will transform your contract management processes
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is highly configurable and offers the full spectrum of contract management functionality. It can be adapted to the specific use cases and needs of the organisation. The concurrent user license model enables the tool to be used widely without having to justify the cost of individual licenses for specific users.
Robust access permissions enable tight control over access to data. The user interface can be configured so that it only displays information relevant to the user role. Custom workflows can be designed as really simple, or highly complex and automated with conditionality on field values. Validation steps can be built to ensure a high level of data integrity and process compliance. Fields can be made conditional (for example based on contract type), mandatory, optionally with pre-filled default values, and can created in numerous styles including multi-choice lists, radio buttons, free text.
Advanced search functionality is highly powerful, and can be used to create sophisticated drillable dashboards and reports. The global search and quick search functionality enable users to find relevant records quickly, including via both keywords (documents are OCR'd) and meta data fields.
Contract templates can be integrated and auto-populated based on user input, enabling fast and simple creation of approved agreements without the need for legal team involvement. Email integration captures outbound and inbound emails relating to a contract record. Version control and on the fly redlining makes it easier to track changes during contract negotiation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to grips with how to configure the system requires an investment of time, but it worthwhile in helping to understand Agiloft's capabilities and how best to design it. The online Agiloft University certification programme helps local IT teams become self-sufficient in configuration after initial implementation; whilst very comprehensive, this is extremely time consuming and we found that learning through design sessions with the implementation team was more effective.
The user-interface can appear complex initally, and requires careful design to ensure that it is a simple and intiutive as possible.
Import of disorganised collections of legacy contracts is best achieved by cleansing prior to migration; for example Agiloft does not include technology to identify duplicate agreements. The AI Platform can be trained to help capture meta data but as with all AI tools, some manual review will always be required.

Efficient and easy to use platform for handling your contract needs
What do you like best about the product?
The Agiloft CMS has a user friendly interface and is customizable to meet any process need. We were able to launch our MVP with minimal user training and have contracts uploaded with ease. The data capture is clear and has clean search/reporting capabilities on the contract portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional plugins are not as customizable as we would like them to be now. For the MS Word plugin (contract assistant), we'd like to be able to adjust the metadata fields and make it fit closer to the firm's ideal processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft is providing us with a source of truth - a database that will eventually house ALL contract types that our firm handles. Through the data fields we've captured on our contracts, we're able to see what commitments we've made to our clients and increase our overall compliance.
Phase 1 implementation of Agiloft CLM has taken 2.5 months including migration of Legacy contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Fully relational database, allowing you to click through to records in a related table, e.g. from a Contract record to a Company record. The Contract workflow page allowing you to decide from which status a contract can move to in each situation. Powerful searching, including possibility of using different views when you are saving your Saved Searches
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a European customer, you will be waiting many months more for the new releases as they seem to be released to US customers first of all. I would like to see additional filtering fields in the column headers of fields in the list/grid view, like ServiceNow provides for example. This is because you won't add 10 fields to the Quick Search panel, and I find myself scrolling down a lot to use the 'Add Filters' option to find a field from the Contracts table that isn't one of the 10 fields I added to the Quick Search panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We prioritised a list of 100 pieces of functionality that were missing from our previous CLM provider. Agiloft scored the highest from the 26 companies we looked at. One of the biggest of those issues was searching/finding what you are looking for. The tables/data were very poorly accessible in our previous solution.
Agiloft's solution is so configurable. We have for example created additional tables in which to import our Hotel database and use the data from that table to define access rights for our users, e.g. a Hotel developer in Central Europe would see all the contracts of the Hotels in Central Europe.

Making Agiloft work for our complicated process
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Agiloft is just what our company needed. We have a complex approval process for our contracts. Agiloft is able to make those approvals happen. Plus, we have the flexibility to change various aspects of the system. We see lots of potential for various uses as our knowledge grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, the only downside is understanding how various tables and fields work together so one change doesn't cascade into multiple issues. The admin training should coincide with the system being built, brining company admins into the process and explaining as Agiloft builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally using eSignatures and have a system that can easily be changed by admins, instead of waiting for CLM company or IT to make changes.
Best In Class Enterprise CRM !!
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is not just one product or solution but a platform that, in addition to its core CLM capabilities can also provide solutions to meet other non-CLM business challenges and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agiloft provides superior flexibility, which can sometimes present challenges with governance and change management. Have a plan in place for this at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated Contract Repository across the enterprise.

Autoliv - ACLM
What do you like best about the product?
This system can be a one-stop shop for contract management. It is effortless to use, and the set-up flow made sense for business needs. If I had been in the project from the beginning, I would have most likely used the system to its fullest capacity, with one caveat, that is not the fault of Agiloft. They were incredibly helpful in finding a workaround to the effect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I have with the system is that to store every single purchase order that comes in with the system, that would have been months of development to be able to acclimate to the wide variety of templates that the OEM's use to communicate purchase orders. This is not to the detriment of Agiloft, just the sheer magnitude and variety that did not allow full capacity. They were incredibly helpful in finding a workaround to the effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACLM is providing a solution to "who has the document" and "Where can I find it" Let's not forget "that person is no longer with the company, and I need access to their files." With ACLM, we also make a structure and proper decision flow for contracts, not just "back of the napkin" agreements. The length of history that this will provide is much more effective than a simple 18-month email retention, and all communication is filed by the program and will be consistent with the finding of the data that is/could be required.
Highly Customizable, Plan to Hire Good Implementation Team
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is highly customizable and can be built to accomplish nearly every contract management task. We love the dashboard, reporting capabilities, continuous improvements and releases, and the team at Agiloft. Emails, reporting, etc. can be automated. Contracts are OCRd and searchable, and you can link and view parent/child relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
After completing two of the three Agiloft training certifications, I understand how much Agiloft can do. The problem is, since it CAN do so much, having a clear direction can be difficult. I would recommend allocating a significant budget for a good Agiloft project manager and implementation team to support you through the process. Also, having your legacy contracts organized and ready in advance would save much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central repository, searchable contracts, customizable metadata fields, automated renewal notifications, workflow management, user access controls, visibility for executive team members.
Winning CLM Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is so user friendly! From the sales team to the consultants and implementers, they work with your company's needs to help get you the platform you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of licenses can be confusing and seems it could use some updating. But once decisions are made, the implementation process is as smooth as you allow it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more lost contract requests! No more expired contracts! More communication and connection between legal and finance processes. Requesters can follow the status of their contracts, decreasing the number of emails sent to the busy legal team.
A game changer! Agiloft has completely changed the way I do my job for the better
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft has helped me to organize my to-do list. Before I used to need to constantly sort through emails to see what had been done and what needed to be done. Now, I log into Agiloft and can immediately see the status of every contract I've touched. I can see the notes and the various versions, the emails and the tasks. It's all there in one place. And, if I'm on vacation or not available to continue a contract review, one of my other associates can pick up right where I left off and continue to serve our clients.
Additionally, as we enter our 3rd year of using Agiloft we're building and using a historical record of our engagements, including negotiations and approvals.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides. It's been a little hard to convince our internal clients that it can help them like it helps me but some of them are getting the idea.
Some users have complained that it's not immediately intuitive, but most users have learned fairly quickly how to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Previously we used Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and ContractWorks to do all of the functions that Agiloft does in one place. It's simple and seamless.
We also appreciate version control and the linking of parent/child contracts. It's so nice to have our entire process in one package

Agiloft is an awesome CMS!
What do you like best about the product?
Super robust out of the box, cutting edge technology, super easy front end, and multiple ways to experience nimble extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that, sometimes, the system is so robust that it may be challenging to find exactly what you want. But that is where Agiloft assists with their world-class tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source for contracts, approval work flows, customizable dashboards, easy integration to Teams and Word, AI assisted contract searching, rules and workflows to automate your CM.
