One Go Tool for small or medium level Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I have used that tool in my previous organization. Its a one go tool which can give you Vulnerability Management, Patch Deployment, Threat detection and Asset Management. Automatically detect vulnerabilities and critical misconfigurations per CIS benchmark. Identify all assets (known and unknown) that connect to the network—on prem, endpoints, clouds, containers, mobile, OT and IoT—for a comprehensive, categorized global IT asset inventory that’s always up to date. Identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in real-time across your entire hybrid environment. Automatically prioritize the vulnerabilities posing the greatest risk to your organization using advanced correlation and machine learning. With a single click, globally deploy the most relevant superseding patch, or quarantine vulnerable assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
In starting it was a bit complex to learn but once our team learnt. It was easy to use. Our company was offer a free trial that was used. And trial was ended in 7 days. So as I said it was trial so I didn't got much time to see what was all the features this software was providing. My company was a small. So there was not much of a infrastructure to built on the basis of this software but we tried our best to keep the assets secure and managed with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was asset management, Vulnerabilty management and Patch deplyment. This product supports all.Our company was offer a free trial that was used. And trial was ended in 7 days. Identify all assets (known and unknown) that connect to the network—on prem, endpoints, clouds, containers, mobile, OT and IoT—for a comprehensive, categorized global IT asset inventory that’s always up to date. So that was all with my expirence with this software. But I am happy I have used it in my experience and it solves a lot of problems which companies are facing now a days in their infrastructure.
Qualys have very comprehensive vulnerability scanning and user friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Patch deployment. Asset management and threat detection are also great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for right now. It's all good as we expected. Great tools to secure your organization. Penetration testing and source code audit will be a great advantages in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset inventory and patch deployment. So we don't have to spend more money to buy asset management and patch deployment like Microsoft SCCM. More efficient in time.
Qulas VMDR
What do you like best about the product?
Always liked qulas products. It really covers the security loopholes in IT infra and has the ability to detect undetected assets. Would be really helpful in covering pci compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was great.reporting could be made more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance VA process is just made easy using qualys VMDR. As we can get the required reporting and get actionable results from scan it saves a lot of time than other tools.

Qualys vmdr help us to mitigate asset threats and vulnerabilities
Fast Identification of Vulnerable and Non-Compliance Servers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy identification of focus asset group in terms of remediation, it also show security posture in a quick glance to its vulnerability dashboard that help security professional almost real time update of the vulnerable servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, just want to have a better control in terms of resource permission especially the ownership of asset group, schedule and authentication record. More flexibility in terms of ownership change from Manager level to Business Unit Manger level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly vulnerability of production servers that are business critical. Quick view of security posture of critical servers and automated scanning and reporting of vulnerability on week, monthly, quarterly and yearly fashion. We realized that all can be done via VMDR.

The threat and vulnerability detection on the latest threat was the best from tool

The interface can be changed and this will create an impact on new customers.

Easy detections on the process and the process tree, Create full visibility to the process and the activity

A strong solution but needs to be updated in area of scanning of applications

The complications with trials, it was very difficult to understand without admin's guide

I have been working in qualys since 2020 its been an awesome tool while comparing other tool in market and easily understandable

Qualys support sometimes takes time to reply.

Vulnerability management,Web application scanning and policy compliance scanning are very useful and industrial friendly also
