I am pleased as with the help of this program
What do you like best about the product?
I am pleased with the help of this program and how it has promoted the operational speed of my work team, since it is through this means that we exchange a large amount of information and GoAnywhere MFT is the perfect program to maintain constant data transfer for improve the quality of response and management of my work, thanks to this program many of the processes and projects of my work have been simplified to execute and the advanced functions of this program allow it to help us automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, this program has not been compatible with certain systems that we have tried to install, as well as the acedo program has been difficult to reproduce, this can be somewhat annoying, this program has not allowed us to enter it through these systems since we warns that the system does not meet the space and other demands that the program needs to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a total guarantee of administration to have this program, since it is thanks to this that we have absolute power over each of the transfers and movements that each of the files of my work have had, GoAnywhere MFT is a program that fully complies With its objective of developing the best management of my work through the automation of file transfers to the people of my work or clients, with the help of this program there has been a notable improvement in the organization of my work as well as in the performance of the operability of my work, I am very satisfied with the help of this program.

I have seen myself greatly benefited with the help of this program, since one of the activities that is constantly repeated in my workplace is the multiple occasions of file transfers from server to server and with the support of GoAnywhere MFT each of these processes become much easier and faster, as well as the order and security with which each one of these documents is passed around. I really like working with this program because the results are always advantageous for me and my work team. when exchanging all kinds of files.

For a program with a somewhat basic function, the way to execute each one of its functions can be somewhat complicated, the truth is that the interface of this program is not to my liking since it can be messy and tedious to test each one of them. the functions that this program offers, I really wish that using this program was much easier, as well as training my co-workers.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a Highly Secure File transfer available in the marketplace to share big files within the organisation or outside with customers in a secure encrypted way. It gives many manual and Automated features to overcome the challenges during and after transfers. It monitors each and every process and gives necessary alerts whenever needed like during schedule transfers it gives alerts on uploading or downloading of resources and files.the best part of GoAnywhere is their Administration and monitoring system's user interface, it is very responsive and gives comprehensive information of the resources and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
GoAnywhere does really great job functionality wise and gives no space for any complaints while we found the Documentation little tricky or hard to follow for few specific process and task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can transfer or share big chunks of files within or outside of the organisation under a secure network. It saves a lot of time in monitoring and in administration. It provides all necessary procedures and protocols such data backup, recovery and protection for file transfers process. Highly recommended tool with great ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a feature to address all my secure transfer needs accross multiple hardware, transfer and encryption avenues. It has something for each concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help documentaion is plentiful, with all the differnet features the navigaion of help can be overwhelming. Need a personal guide to navigate all the help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Go anywhere helps me encrypt data from one ERP system and send it securely to integrate with a Corporate ERP system, and the automated workflow keeps this from being a manual process.

What do you like best about the product?
We have about seven automation projects running, and the system just keeps working. No memory leaks, no glitches and no outages. Excellent product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Laughingly, it requires so little maintenance that we have overlooked regular upgrades. I'm four versions behind but it still runs like a champ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only way we found to easily automate feeds out of Oracle to update Active directory, SQL, etc.

GoAnywhere has an excellent track record at our organization for reliability, a user-friendly interface and helpful documentation.

We use GoAnywhere as an interface between our multiple systems. Its integration capabilities allow us to move files and data to where it needs to go on a schedule that works for us.
Must Have for File Transfer Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the most valuable assets in our toolbox for our file movement automations and file manipulation. I’ve used GoAnyWhere MFT for the past 6 years and enjoy every moment with it. Our organization uses this tool daily and is one of the backbones for other jobs. Simple task projects can be developed in minutes. There are templates you can follow or build your own. Projects are easily integrated between each other and easy to implement. Customer Service is also always helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for now, I honestly don’t really dislike anything about the tool. In the beginning I thought the tool was lacking functions, but it turns out that it was a lack of knowledge on my end. This lack of knowledge was easily resolved by the Customer Service Team and their expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
Go anywhere is THE Swiss Army knife of MFT. We replaced at least three other older, costly and insecure products with GoAnywhere MFT.
It was (and is) extremely simple to setup and the integrate with existing systems.
Support, while it can be a bit slow, is spot on with its answers. They stay ahead of the CVE threats and are very quick to fix anything they find or is reported. We dodged several CVE bullets because we chose Fortra GoAnywhere MFT.

What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of "Domains" is a little quirky. Read up and ask questions before you just turn it on. There is nothing I really dislike, just small things and enhancements we'd like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified our environment. Saved money by replacing at least three other products. Audit trails, flexibility and ease of use are second to none. We tried several other products. We have liked it so much that we recently doubled our licenses and are growing into other spaces where different groups were looking for help. Secure Folders, Forms and Emails are excellent tools! There are a large number of add-ons available.
