GoAnywhere MFT is a great solution which can secure emails, HTTP browser access and lots more.
We need a solution that can ease the job of transfer the files between multiple hosts. We have been benefited a lot after using this solution as it saves our time, efforts, and organization costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Secured files transfers for one of our most critical application " SWIFT " which requires at most security which is offered by Goanywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is bit expensive and also for technical issues we are being charged seperately.

security is our main goal which is completely fulfilled by this solution

We're receiving an overwhelming number of application logs, many of which seem unnecessary or not particularly useful.

Awesome transfer and reporting software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tools that are available and the online forum for real world examples. Once you have done initial design work of resources, the rest of what you need to do becomes much simpler and adaptable to whatever your needs are for reporting and file transfer needs. Customer support is also extremely good. Ease of use is nice for getting started and producing results early. I frequently use it for developing solutions and have been for 15 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints but I would like to see more examples. One thing is that while it can handle multiple tabs on excel, it cannot handle multiple tabs on excel in a template fashion with fixed formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved all our needs for SFTP transfers to secure vendors. This is very important considering we work with government processes.
Best tool to streamline file transfers
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of GoAnywhere is the how to guidelines that are provided in the site. You have a solution for most file transfer issues! When it comes to automation, it’s very user friendly and straightforward! This tool reduced my need for an overnight team since it took care of processing jobs at odd times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are time when the alerts will fill up your inbox, if a job fails it will continue to try and send you emails over and over of its failure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of file transfers. The problem that is solving is the need to have 4-5 employees overnight, with this tool, I only need 1 person in call in case something fails.

Ease of use, very quick development time, efficient and scalable manage transfer solution.

not very good support for complex transformation specially with xml file types.

Automated , efficient and secure file transfers between different internal and external systems and good logging.

Easy of use and the number of resource types that we can interface with. They also provide great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont care for it being Java based, but it has not given us Java issues.

Allows us to do SFTP, and connect automation to S3 and Blob storage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its integration with its FTP servers and many file-processing plugins that you can optionlly install. It seems to be fully featured and can automate all file processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many services such as its project, trigger, api, and maybe other are restricted to single domain. It would be nice if they can be configure to run processes for multiple domains as well.

It automates file transfer and misc process in one tool
