Looking for best ecommerce order management solution, here it is.
What do you like best about the product?
Meager cost compared to another service provider. User can handle inventory and orders of all portals in one place. no need to login into all portals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer care needs to be improved. Ticket resolution takes some time more than 48 hours rest is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, we had to upload inventory on all portals one by one. Now inventory gets synced to all marketplace automatically. Even orders can be processed on one website.

What do you like best about the product?
all portals orders get displayed in order panel from where we can generate picklist in one click. picking can be done using barcode solution using handheld device. inventory get synced across all portals.
What do you dislike about the product?
critical ticket resolution some time takes very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us to use barcode inward and outward solution which reduced human picking error.

It's a only place where you can sync inventory across all marketplace without login into different portals. Same way you can process orders in one place across all marketplace

It gets hanged sometimes for 5-10 minutes.

1) it enabled us total barcode in/out scanning solutions, due to which accuracy in picking improved.
2) Inventory get synced to all portals automatically
3) we can process all marketplace orders in one place, which saved a lot of time
4) no need to maintain various MIS as goods receipt & dispatch report we get from the system.

We need to raise a ticket for any problem which can be solved over the phone more quickly.

inventory upload time to marketplace and download orders from the marketplace

Best barcoding solution, which enables system generated picking/putaway, which reduces human errors. No need to look for different inventory solution. Inventory gets synced to all marketplace automatically.

As I mentioned above inventory and order management of various marketplace in one place. We just have to focus on sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many marketplace which are not yet configured in vineretail so order processing for those we have to do manually

No need to worry about marketplace inventory. Whenever inward or outward done inventory get synchronised with configured portals. Even we can set ratio of inventory to be sync and reserved inventory marketplace wise.

Very badly designed product lot of loose strings, only good for very small setup
