What do you like best about the product?
It helpes to automate manual process from purchasing to shipping and delivery to customers.
It helpes to increase productivity with system directed put-away, picking and cycle count.
It also helps to eliminate paperwork, minimize human errors, by boosting up the speed and accuracy of warehouse process like receiving,put-away, cycle count, picking and shipping.
It is accessible from pc and mobile also.

I don't have any point to dislike vin eretail.

It helped us to improve operational efficiencies, reduce manpower cost.
It helped us to achieve maximum accuracy in inventory control.
Combined picklist for all marketplace orders helped us to pick products faster and process orders more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
1) It can be integrated with number of marketplace available.
2) Easy to manage inventory on integrated marketplaces. Automatic real-time Inventory synchronisation on all configured marketplace.
3) Real-time order processing for all configured marketplaces in one window.
4) Order received get allocated automatically and stock get reserved for that particular order. So very less chances of order cancellation due to no stock.
5) Easy inward, putaway and return process.
6) We can create and process manual/ offline orders also.
7) As it's a cloud based solution we can access the same from anywhere. No need to install the same on pc.
8) We can set user wise restricted access.
9) It provides number of reports like GRN report, dispatch report, stock report etc required for MIS and analysis.

In delivery shipping There is Ext Tranporter name is Block _can give option open easy to select tranforter _it will help to process fast order_its help us lot if u doo

I most like its feature of auto Order and inventory synchronization from the inventory database. All portals orders we can process from this site. Generate a combined picklist for all marketplace to pick material faster. No need to update inventory on all portals as it gets synchronized automatically.

There is no point from my side to dislike vin eretail.

Warehouse management system in Vinculum is updated and having multiple functions and module for a smooth functioning.

Interface and UI needs to be more user friendly.

Nothing is worth to be mentioned. They are not up to the dynamic needs of the market.

Everything. Lack of product support, Unprofessional service levels, no flexibility for customization.

Order Management and Warehouse management. The only benefit worth mentioning is API integration
ERP has actually helped our startup to organise and manage overall warehouse management system.

Easy to use and clear view of tasks, management of WMS is very good.

Few bugs are still unresolved, a prompt action can make it flawless.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage inventory and orders on all online portals in one screen i.e. vineretail
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket/issue resolution needs to be improved properly there are lot of loopholes in after sale service

We just process order and take inwards. Inventory automatically get synchronised with all the portals. So we don't have to upload it again on all portals.

Inventory get synchronised automatically on all portals. Before this we had to upload inventory one by one on all portals. Even we can generate picklist for all marketplace orders in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of their bulk upload options have limitation on row upload numbers. It should allow us to upload at least 1000 records at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this we were uploading inventory one by one on all market place. So there were so many human errors. As inventory get automatically synchronised on all portals it get automatically deducted whenever we process order and there is no need to upload separate inventory.

We have achieved complete barcoding solution with it. Now we can do inward and outward using handheld scanner.
