What do you like best about the product?
Base64.ai stands out due to its comprehensive summary section of the extracted data, which I haven't encountered in other similar software. The tool is incredibly user-friendly and offers a robust number of features that enhance its functionality. The ease of implementation and integration with our existing systems was seamless, thanks to clear documentation and API capabilities. Additionally, the customer support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Base64.ai offers many strengths, there is room for improvement in the accuracy of extracting data from documents with complex formatting. Occasionally, the extraction process requires manual correction, which can slow down the overall workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Base64.ai is helping our event management company automate the extraction of data from PDF invoices received via email. This reduces the time spent on manual data entry, minimizes errors, and allows us to efficiently process and manage our invoices by automatically populating our database. This improvement in workflow and productivity enables us to focus more on core business activities and less on administrative tasks.

The advanced AI models has enhanced effective adaptation to new document format and data extraction from different forms. It enables my team to make timely decisions from relaible insights obtained from extracted data. I have been able to implement many projects within the set timelines due to accurate data that I obtain from different data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to use this software and get the best out of it. I have not experienced data processing challenges from its operations.

The operational efficieny in accurate data processing has reduced cost of data production. I can capture correct data from different forms and use it to make reliable decision when implementing projects and tasks. The powerful security configurations blocks corrupted data and ransomware attacks that can damage data and negatively affect workflows.

Base64.ai Offers Very high accuracy and efficiency can handle over 2500+ document types. One of my favorite feature is No code integration. Also Base64.ai provide very user friendly experince.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited free trial usage limited processing with 100 pages. Also sometimes learing it for new user could be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use OCR of base64.ai in integration with web technologies. Also we can extact data from the embedded pages or emails. It also recocnize the text and solve problem of manual data entry so leads to no human error in data entry.

It has created a revolution through their service. I was able to extract lots of data with justsaingle click. It's super easy and customer support is also responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui is a bit hard for first time. But you will get comfortable using it several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's benefiting me by extracting large amount of data to a file which i can re use later. If i would hired someone, this could cost me a lot and this would take 100x more times. But using this tool, i can do all the things myself without investing much.
Best data extractor tool out there for getting data from any type of files.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Base64.ai from last year. I am very much happy with it , because it helped me extracting data from large number of invoices which Saves my times and money. If i would hire someone, this would cost me more money to collect the data from those inovices. But it saves my times and money also. It was easy to use and customer support also helped me a lot to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would work with all the languages . But it was not good working with all other language. It work perfect for english, But for bangla or hindi, it work a bit less perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data output that it gives after extracting is rarely wrong. It almost work 99% of the time. But when it don't work, it is possible to do some little changes on the output file. So, I am assuring you that you will be happy with it. Keep this product in your mind if you are planning to extract data.
