Using Creatio for sales and marketing purposes
What do you like best about the product?
It is truly valuable to have all data for Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales departments in one place, as it provides a full overview of all client interactions and a comprehensive understanding of the situation. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform with no-code tools, making it easy to implement changes, create dashboards. Dashboards are always a crucial part, and it is great I can do it myself easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it has been a great experience. However, from my perspective, there are occasional minor improvements that could enhance usability, but nothing that significantly impacts the platform’s efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my experience, it solves many problems, but I would highlight cross-department collaboration and the ability to provide a complete view of the customer journey, as well as no-code customization.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very powerful and gives lots of possibilities to customize even when you do not have developer's experience. Powerful marketing suite with flexible workflows. The continuously enhanced AI capabilities are a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like even more features to be available with no-code, e.g. even more advanced business rules. But from what I know this is coming and the Freedom UI will keep improving. It already offers a so many new features. In general, I think it'd be great to have a comparison page where we can search for a feature available in Classic UI and check if it's already in Freedom UI or when it's planned to add it.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, including the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements the BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this streamlines the implementation and adoption process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we do not like. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio helps us consolidate into a single platform what previously maintained great complexity using multiple platforms, additionally we can integrate with CORE systems through APIs and services easily.

How has it helped my organization?
I have worked with the tool many times. If we use it for field force management, we can save up to 20% of costs.
What is most valuable?
The solution is easy to use. It is easy to study and work with it. It has good built-in dashboards. The vendor and local partners provide good support. The tool enables users to work offline through the mobile application. It helps field force management. Our technical persons can work on the field and respond after the connectivity is restored. It is a very good option. Most tools do not provide such features. The solution is customizable. It is a no-code platform.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes, the cloud version provides slow responses. The documentation must be more technical. Sometimes, we need to work with massive external data. We might have 10 to 20 million lines of data that must be imported into our system. Mendix is the only product that provides such features in the market. It enables us to virtualize and work with our data. Studio Creatio should provide such features to virtualize external data.

I have been using the solution for the last six months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The product is stable. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the product’s scalability an eight out of ten. Internally, we have 10 to 15 users. We have up to two million users.

How was the initial setup?
The tool is available on the cloud as well as on-premise. The ease of setup depends on the complexity of the project. In most cases, we just connect and work. We must create our own team and find a partner to build our own application. If we need to create something new, it will take time.
I rate the ease of setup of the cloud version a ten out of ten. However, I would rate the ease of setup of the on-premise version a five or six out of ten. The on-premise version takes longer to deploy. The cloud version can be deployed within minutes. We receive a license key and start working. If all the components are ready, we can deploy the on-premise version within ten days.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The tool is reasonably priced.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We evaluated ServiceNow, but it was costly. We have also evaluated some open-source products, such as Mendix and Appian.
What other advice do I have?
We use the product's automation capabilities for some processes. We plan to implement some tools based on Creatio to improve our processes. If we want to build something new and receive marketing support from the vendor, we can use Creatio. It's easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to scale if we want to grow. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
