I lack patience, so I would like to dive fully in. So my biggest issue is how many different plug ins I want.

No-code development is the best! It's business processes, it's Freedom UI, it's analytics and dynamic groups. And how it all works together

Quality and speed of support, some complexity in working with access rights.

Over the past 11 years, I have implemented many things. Now, first and foremost, it is a no-code platform that allows me to flexibly and quickly develop solutions for the service of citizens from the city.
Perfect CRM to save time on development
What do you like best about the product?
The development and customization is so simple with No-code. We were developing our own CRM in the house, however, it was taking a lot of time and efforts of the whole team. With Creatio we were able to go live in several months and yet have the ability to customize it fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I wanted to implement custom branding UI, however, it is not available for all plans and we were not able to this with basic plan.

It helps to save a lot of time, giving you the ability to customise the platform without involvement of developers.
Smooth Onboarding and Easy to Adopt
What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is the most adoptable CRM I have ever seen. I find it really challenging with most CRM systems to get to know the platform as it has robust functionality; however, with Creatio it was really simple as it has No-code customization. I was using Creatio daily, and it was a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love even more ready-to-use templates, but customization is easy with no-code tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using it to collaborate with Maketing and Sales teams. It was truly effective collaborative tools in the system.
