Simple and fast and allows me to communicated effectively.

It does everything I need it to do so I love it!

I work with the IRS a lot so eFax has been huge in helping achieve that goal.

Efax is a wonderful addition to our business communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can "fax" PDF documents right from my computer and have the fax confirmation available so I know it was successful. The "cover sheet" is built in so I don't even have to worry about adding it, or I can not use it with the click of a box. It's stress free faxing all from my computer!
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside I could see is if you don't have internet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to print documents and fax them, I can fax any pdf and not have to worry about using printer ink and paper. Plus the biggest issue is that I have the document stored along with the fax confirmation in case I need to send again, or just for file documentation.
A great way to continue using faxes as things are moveing forward

Being able to send a fax without a fax machine has been critical for our business.

The online experience is fair at best. It takes time to find things on the site.

allowing us to get businesses with government bodies that do not have a good or updated platform.

it can take a while sometimes. Sometimes people dont get my faxes but that may be a function of the other parties fax machine.

If a party does not accept email and only fax, then it is convenient to be able to use efax.
Much better than previous service.

Email notifications are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we do not dislike. We would always get kick-backed scans with our other service and this one rarely kicks things back if ever.

In our last service, the faxes would not go through all the time or would get kicked back or time out. This one rarely does.

E-fax is easy to use and the pricing is great

There is nothing I dislike about e-fax system.

It saves me time because it allows me to fax from my email from anywhere instead of having to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to send and receive faxes. Has an address book for regular recipients. I have been a customer for about 20 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not in love with the UI for reviewing faxes that were previously sent/received. It is functional, but could do some serious UX upgrades to make things easier to view/read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obiates the need for a FAX machine, which I used to have. Do not have to take up the space, have a dedicated phone #, restock with paper, etc. Also keeps a digital record of all faxes that I send/recieve that I can review and download at any time.
eFax Saves Me Money!
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me from having to use a traditional fax machine and line.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is user friendly, it doesn't allow for multiple people logging into the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the rare occasion that we need to fax paperwork, eFax is a very fast and friendly solution that saves us money!
