Easy System for Faxing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the portal is, I like how all of my contacts are easily stored on there as well for such an easy process. Confirmations sent to my email are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to put the 1 before the fax number,

Faxing that is HIPAA compliant.

Easy setup and straightforward for the users to send and receive

Not their problem, but porting existing fax numbers is a pain.

Reduced costs compared to physical phone line

What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface easy to use, even when I am overseas. I have never had a problem sending or receiving a fax, where the issue arose from anything to do with eFax or its service. I have seen no downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the automated chat service -- it was awkward to get through to a person (though the person was helpful once I reached him).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EFax eliminates the need to have a fax machine, and allows me to fax from my hotel room or other away location. Faxes come to me in computerized form, thereby saving on paper (I run a paperless office).

What do you like best about the product?
Because I can log into eFax from anywhere, I can receive and send faxes no matter where I am. I have used eFax since I opened my private counseling practice in 2008 and have never had issues with receiving or sending faxes. Moreover, because I do not have a 'physical' fax, I don't have to worry about patient medical data being visible to other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if the web application was a little more robust, but honestly...there isn't much to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about physical equipment breaking down. There are no issues with phone lines, space in my office, etc. Basically, my fax goes where I go and as long as wifi is available, I can send and receive faxes.

IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND THE FACT THAT I GET EVERY FAX IN PDF WHICH THEN I SAVE INTO MY FILE FOLDER FOR EACH CLIENT AND I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY FAXES DOWN THE ROAD SHOULD I NEED THEM

I thinks it's simple to use through the web or mobile app. i mostly use it to send faxes via the email using Gmail on an ios device.

I'm a Healthcare provider and I use the fax to send documents to insurance companies.
Have used for over 10 years NEVER had a glitch

The ease of use in sending faxes and the reliability of receiving faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get quite a bit of spam faxes. I wish that EFax had some way to block spam telephone numbers from sending faxes to eFax numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't actually have a landline with my office at home business. With Efax I can send and receive faxes anywhere I can access my email. Efax makes digital documentation of incoming faxes easier because the faxes already come to me as pfd files. I have NEVER had to call on eFax support in the over 10 years I have been using the product because there has never been a glitch.
