Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I dont have to login to get the faxes. They come straight to my email every time. So i never miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not dis like anything about the services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not had any issues so far and have been using EFax for a couple years now.

Easy to use and navigate. Attachments are in PDF file

They stopped emailing notices when we receive a new efax. Every now and then we have to clear our cookies and cache because we are having issues logging in and we were informed by Efax representative to clear the cookies and cache when we have issues logging in.

We've been using eFax for over three years, and it's been absolutely worth every penny! Since we rarely receive faxes, investing in a traditional fax machine and a dedicated phone line just didn’t make sense. eFax provides the perfect alternative—it's cost-effective, reliable, and incredibly convenient. I especially love that incoming faxes are delivered straight to my email inbox, making it easy to access, save, and forward documents without any extra steps. Highly recommend for any business looking to simplify faxing without the hassle of outdated equipment.

Extremely Easy Fax Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used a 'landline' fax for over 20 years. When we re-structured our phone system, we looked at getting rid of our fax line. However, we still have customers who prefer to fax their orders to us. Efax allowed us to continue to offer that option. The fact that the faxes come straight to a designated email makes is easy for us to reconcile and not miss any orders. It also reduces the costs of paper and ink and lessens the equipment wear and tear. We use efax on a daily basis and it has seamlessly integrated into our customer service and sales desks. We have been using efax for about 9 years now. We have never had any issues. I wish all programs worked so easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think that I would change is on the web page, it's often tricky to find the 'log in' section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to accept faxes of orders from customers. We are able to sustain the customers we have by not changing their typical order submission type and allowing faxing still, in a very emailable world.

What I appreciate most about eFax is the convenience and flexibility it brings to document management. The ability to send and receive faxes directly from my email or smartphone eliminates the need for bulky fax machines and paper, which saves both time and office space. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for users who aren't particularly tech-savvy.

eFax solves the biggest problem with traditional faxing: dependence on physical hardware and phone lines.

Efficient and Easy Srvice
What do you like best about the product?
I can access my faxes and send them using my phone or ipad. It is easy to sign documents and receive information when we are on vacation. Everything is electronic and very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides except I like the original app and original efax messenger.

It eliminates paper and everything can be accessed on the app or in email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I actually have a fax number. With today's technology not everyone has a fax number, everything is done via email, but when someone requires a fax number, I like knowing I have my own and I am able to continue business as usual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the faxes do not come through right away..

The fact that some companies still require a fax number, so knowing that efax.com exist is such a blessing.

I like the option to be able to use the old website layout. Its is very easy to navigate
