Been w/ eFax for years
What do you like best about the product?
The non-HIPPA compliant was amazing for business--sending incoming faxes via email is incredibly convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching to the HIPPA compliant version has been less convenient, but I understand the need to higher level security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to access paperless faxes anywhere, anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if there were a HIPAA-compliant non-enterprise option. Even if it was an add-on, it would be helpful for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer needing a landline is great. Quick and easy downloads.

Very convenient to use. It is also quote straight forward and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the bank doesn't receive my fax, I wouldn't be sure whether it's the bank's issue or eFax's issue.

There is no need to buy a traditional giant bulky fax machine.

Ease of use and helpful customer service.

There is not much I don't like about eFax, only that there is no physical fax.

eFax provides an opportunity to communicate easier and quicker while using less paper in the process.
Activation
Does not activate when you commit? If you want to use it immediately, think twice. I received a notice that you will be contacted by a representative. This seems a little restrictive as I have no desire to to jump through hoops for a simple service. I tried to cancel, but there was no option? Poor business tactic.
