eFax has been a simple and cost effective way to handle my HIPAA encryption requirements

i can get any fax where ever i am and any time through the online portal which is great

Faxes arrive wherever I am and easy platform to use.

Wish there was an ability to click out and back in to the app when using on your phone (when you close the window it logs you out immediately)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email attachments in addition to the banner notifications are great. Helps with productivity in receiving and sending faxes quickly via an app on your phone
Using efax for a couple decades!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is that paper is not needed, physical machine not needed, can access it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that comes to mind is that some spammers have gotten hold of my efax number but that's the same with a physical fax number just the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the fact that you don't have to be tied down to a physical fax machine located in a physical office. This is all the more helpful in a Remote workplace world.

Online access to faxes makes it easy to see what's inbound. Also sending scans is quite easy as well.

The website interface could be refreshed. It feels a little outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
Real fax machines run out of paper, ink, electricity and connectivity (in power outages)... and getting a fax requires me to be where the fax machine is.
eFax conquers all of that, sending me a fax as a .pdf in my email, convenient, reliable, affordable. As a customer since 2017, I value this service!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here... eFax has given me no reason for dissatisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clinical client records cannot be sent by email, so fax is the standard option. By using eFax to receive clinical documents, I can access them wherever I am, quickly, easily, without going in to the office.

Solving issues for Big businesses
What do you like best about the product?
In a world where 70% of the world uses EDI or email we still have 30% of customers that still use Fax. We no longer owned fax machines. E-Fax is fast, affordable and it just works. Saved our butts.

Everything is working up to par. I didn't like the monthly billing and they moved us to annual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers that still use fax machines can send us orders and it turns the order into PDF for our company.
The simple way to Fax without that pesky old fax machine!
What do you like best about the product?
You see your faxes as well as your receipts for sent faxes right ion your email, rather than having them randomly print where they can be lost or where you dont have a saved backup of the message/printout. Which for us is great since we have multiple people on our team that all pitch in together to accomplish business tasks, so we can always get multiple sets of eyes on our faxes or if one printout disappears we can just pull it out and print it again. That part is absolutely perfect for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall for my business at least, is that we have to use two separate programs for our fax sending, one program to scan our documents we want to fax, and then the efax program to actually attach and send the faxes through. It would make things absolutelky perfect if we could somehow connect our scanning printer to our efax account and scan documents straight into the efax program instead of having to save them and then import them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our fax into the email that we would already be checking, so we can do it all together at once.
