Convenience and efficiency. I often send and receive faxes so I appreciate efax movign these kinds of tasks along.

The inputting of information could be updated in a more convenient fashion.

Sometimes the faxes don't go through but that is sually a networking issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The support received was excellent and informative. My representative went above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible! Not only was her guidance reassuring, her demeanor is that of reality.

Nothing. I have zero complaints. I especially love that an actual confirmation page is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have an actual fax machine. This is my first time using efax, and it is GREAT!
So easy to use and no need for a bulky fax machine!
What do you like best about the product?
I like using efax because it is all done from my desktop/laptop computer. No need for a bulky fax machine taking up space on my desk and no need to make sure there is paper in the machine. It all comes by email. I even get a confirmation email or an error email that I can use for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about using efax. Oh, if I HAD TO say one thing I don't like, it's that a copy of my cover page that I make in the efax system doesn't get sent to me with the confirmation email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Space limitations on desktop, and the fact that I get a confirmation email is great. I can just file it away in case I ever need proof that I sent an email.
User Friendly and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
eFax is user friendly and easy to use. keeping all the faxes electronic also makes it very easy to save, print, send instead of the old school way of doing things.
What do you dislike about the product?
the hardest thing with eFax is logging in, may sound silly, but the passwords dont save right and we have to constantly change it.

we have a 2-story building with 2 seperate buisnesses in it. eFax is making it easier so faxing is at our fingertips. we dont have to go downstairs to send a fax and we dont have to worry about a fax being misplaced
Easy, accessible, and convenient faxing
What do you like best about the product?
Efax is easy to use with the application on your phone or tablet as well as on your computer. I would definetly recommend Efax for any office or remote worker. You can send or receive faxes anywhere. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is reliable. I have had the same efax phone number for the last 10 years!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the fact it is a paid service rather than just acquiring a fax machine and plugging it in to your phone line. The prices are reasonable so I really don't have any negatives about Efax. I have been using it for over 10 years.

I do not need to be tethered to an office or fax machine when I use efax. The platform is easy to use and the application and online site are intuitive. I often use their built in cover page so I do not need to create my own.

Sometimes difficult to fax. Takes multiple tries before it goes through.

I don't need to have all faxes printed so I pick and choose with faxes to focus on.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to attach the document and quick to send them out. Able to fax multiple document at the same time.

Login process could be easier. I need to remember the fax number and type in each time..

Faxing without physical paper and be able to save the document automatically.
