Convenience in faxing
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having a dedicated fax line and multiple features to be able to track and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides about the product, more around some organizations still only utilizing fax technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to own a fax machine, but I'd like the convenience of being to utilize one whenever I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of eFax is getting your faxes sent to your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone is using faxes anymore which makes the investment not as worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every now and then, I need to send and receive faxes. The eFax system allows me to do that without needing any additional equipment or phone lines to manage the process of sending & receiving faxes.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to receive faxes directly to my email is extremely helpful in keeping operations smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an easier way to send faxes without having to go to the website or app, but I understand that is a lot to ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer require a fax machine that needs to be checked. Having faxes come straight to email increases our ability to respond in a timely manner as well.
Provides just the service we need
What do you like best about the product?
It does exactly what we need - allows us to send and receive faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to retrieve/view inbound faxes is slow. We also get a lot of spam, but that may be out of everyone's control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our partners still require the use of fax, so when we can't use other methods of communication, eFax provides a nice online service that prevents us from needing a dedicated phone line.

Easy to use straight from your computer and e-mail. Fast and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing at first of setting up faxes and when you resend you have to go into the index to find and resend.

What do you like best about the product?
eFax makes transmitting documents via fax as easy as email. Their customer service is quick and responsive (though you probably won't even need to contact them; they helped me uncover a silly user error lol).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to note. Every fax was transmitted quickly once they helped me realize what the problem on my part was. Hint: always include the country code lol

I don't have a fax machine, so this makes sending and receiving faxes more convenient than if I had one as alerts come through email.
Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Ihaven't had any issues using eFax. It is fast and reliable every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Once you get the process down it'll be quick and easy every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a rural community so a lot of people still fax. This allows us to keep it straight forward and still digital.
Great alternative to traditional fax
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to send faxes, especially since there are multiple ways to send a fax. Also, it's very eco-friendly since paper is not used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a limited number of users who can be approved to send a fax. It would be nice to have an open way for many people to send fax if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer need to manage/pay for a POTS line. Cheaper than traditional fax services. It's easy to filter through spam faxes as well.
Great fax alternative
What do you like best about the product?
EFaxe integrate into email seamlessly. Making it easy to send and receive faxes in the older world.

Occasional user interface problems on the website

I don't have to have a fax machine or a physical phone line. It makes being paperless far easier.
