What do you like best about the product?
Appian helps digitalizing processes and bring value to thé business more quickly. I recommend it for seniors as well as for juniors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Community web site is pretty slow, it could be upgraded to help learn fast with the provided hands on exercises.

What do you like best about the product?
Appian has been continuously improving. With AI, it is positioning itself to be a powerful process company capable of delivering value to customers. What I like the most about Appian is the continuously improving the product, and making the right pivot as market and trend moves. Its value proposition is always speed to market, and that is valuable to a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Appian should make customizing appian simpler too. Not too much attention has been to make plugin development also no code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market of a bespoke highly custom application. And it’s recently investment In AI and data fabric and intelligent document processing

The barrier to entry is relatively low for newer devs.

It is not difficult to misconfigure things which lead to slower performance.

It is creating a low code platform, it benefits me because I get to use it.
