we used to work with excel files and now we build on-cloud applications. It guides us in the process and centralise all the information in one place.

Appian community is the best part of Appian, which serves as a backbone of any developer during any technical difficulties and to gain knowledge from more experienced people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Appian support services need to improvise in terms of any issue resolution or even the responding speed.

Appian can help us solve any problem that the user can think of, and its capabilities are gradually improving day by day to cover all aspects of business solutions possible.

Appian as a product is very easy to build Applications very quickly in no time.

Import of java libraries or any other external libraries

Appian can be used by both experienced developers and non-developers, as the platform is intuitive and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is hard to follow, along with the Appian Community platform. These contain valuable resources, but can be better organized and maintained to keep the user experience simple for developers and to provide developers with the information they need, right where they need it. Additionally, while a lot of things can be customized within Appian for a business, this is not always as seamless and "low-codey."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating workflows and simplifying the processing of requests. We have realized the benefits of tracking and auditing, as well as reducing those activities that hinder businesses' productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Appian enabled our team to deliver an end-to-end business process in less than ten days.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation with the new record feature is that user filters are only allowed one default setting. We were unable to load with multiple selections in the user filter dropdown.

We are using Appian to aid the digitalization of the workplace and better serve our customers. In times where emergency responses are needed, Appian has enabled us to create and deliver products to satisfy the response required.

Appian - A Great Low-Code Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is a great tool that enables businesses to create and deploy applications on very short timeframes. They excel in Agile frameworks where applications are continuously improved. Appian also has great support for when you need help with your cloud environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Appian's OOTB UI elements are great, sometimes you want to do a little more with them that you can't.

We have created multiple patient engagement solutions in the healthcare space. Appian makes it easy to integrate with and pull in data all into one place to make it easier for providers in their day to day life.
