Great presentations and friendly staff that was able to answer all of my questions for both myself and my client that attended the conference with me.

Everything was great, no dislikes with the conference or the Appian presenters and or staff.

linking certain technologies with existing technologies and helping us understand the benefits of the Appian case management system and the benefits of the product.

The learning curve can be a bit steep initially.

Automating business processes and building new end to end solutions for internal employees to focus on what matters most and spend less time doing manual work.

Appian is widely accepted and highly regarded in the marketplace by clients, developers, and SIs.

It would be great if Appian Cloud was fedramp High instead of Moderate. I assume that's in the works for the future!

Workflow automation. We are able to reduce error rates and increase efficiency and transparency.
A product that’s always evolving for the better
What do you like best about the product?
From an Administrator perspective, I see that Appian is always coming out with better and greater solutions. Compare and deploy was a highly welcomed feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an administrator perspective, not necessarily an Appian issue, however when bad code is deployed with long running queries, extensive chaining etc. it would be nice if we can catch these issues easily before going to Prod. Many times slowness is not caught even in performance due to not having the same amount of data in The DB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This review is from an admin perspective. We do not deal directly with the business unit, however I've seen a lot of automation, rewriting of legacy applications into Appian.
