What do you like best about the product?
I would say its comprehensive low-code platform with robust integration capabilities is particularly impressive.
The ability for rapid application development using Appian's low-code approach, with its visual drag-and-drop interface and pre-built components, significantly accelerates the application development process.
End to end process automation, seamless integrations, data fabric, cross platform deployment, and best of all Appian is on the cutting edge of AI powered development.

What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of developers, learning curve and end user screen design is limited to the tool's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian brings full development life cycle to our organization and the speed to develop is amazing compared to traditional methods and most impressive is the built-in AI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create an application quickly. Maintaining application code is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Appian over the years is timezone handling!

We are very new to the Appian platform, so it is a very hard to tell what is not working but so far everything is working very well for us.
