What do you like best about the product?
Their private AI approach is distinctive and if it's well with our organization's values. They enable us to use the latest technologies in the way we want, and it's very easy.

Sometimes the first step can seem hard to make, but the potential gains gives you the little push you need to take it.

Good tool for begineers and novice user to automate their process without going over SDLC pipeline. Have all features to do e2e automation till reporting it on good ui interfaces
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing dev-ops with external system, source control , Application deployement roll back mechanism . connected system to new external system and plugins for much more systems making it configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low code to maintain , less effort to maintain the applicaiton and easy deployment to higher environmetents in smaller organization. IDP has benifitted a lot for document processing .

Data Fabric integration and the security and privacy around AI capabilities

Product is much more technical in nature and needs deep technical mindset to configure. Can be made more business friendly.

The process model designer needs a bit of refactoring. It won't allow easy copy/pasting for example.
