Appian has a good team to support customers. As a platform Owner I have always good instant support whenever needed. The platform infrastructure is scalable and has 99.99 percent of availability to support business. Application development and time to market is short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devops features can be surely improved in terms of supporting overlapping development, branching and versioning. Cost can be further Optimised to make the platform easy to offer.

What I like most about Appian is that it just works. No strings attached here. While rather easy to implement, the potential for implementing large-scale and complex business scenarios is huge.

For some of the smaller businesses, Appians' pricing standards might be too high.

Appian provides a stable, secure and always up-to-date feature-packed platform. Therefore, we can easily benefit AI capabilities for instance, without hiring data science expertise.
