Beginner Domo User
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to integrate multiple data points in Domo and generate engaging graphs/charts/imagery around the data. I've already referred two other departments in our Org to try Domo (and they loved it as well).
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the UI and the selected of graphs/charts. Wish they did provide a cheat sheet/quick reference guide on how to use each graph/chart best. I.e., to help with the brainstorming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to gain insights into our product usage and then tie that back to revenue and sales. Very powerful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for non-technical users to be able to get up and running quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Connectors and the fact that it makes me look good at work. Save As so I can copy a card rather than starting each from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
DomoSupport. They don't take time to understand your problem and opt for the simplest, easiest solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a declining market. I used Domo to show that we need to target larger institutions or sales will not continue to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability, Flexibility, Visualizations, Analyzer, Data Connectors, Apps EVERYTHING! It solved all of my data challenges and was able to get quick wins on day 1
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, one of the top questions is how users can have custom views, how they consume their cards for example dashboard style, company brand, size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our quality of hire, identify our top talent, where are they coming from, and how we can enrich our data that we already have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the data, DOMO is limitless.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Domo's biggest strength is to merge data sources into one platform and translate business data in a usable form for both analysts and executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Domo could benefit from adding data analytics capabilities, similar to Tableau. Given it's already strong market position in communicating data, this would really set it apart.

I'm still fairly new to Domo, so this may be a bit premature for me to say.

What do you like best about the product?
No more waiting for BI team to create our reports or if they do need to help it takes hours not days.

Got a new sales guy so there was some items he didnt know, but he went and got whoever was needed to make us happy. So much better than what we were getting from other competitors who would say "just go to our forum" or "download a demo and tell us what you think"

In the dental industry there is no good solution. This one has been excellent.

Take the time to learn the system features. They are excellent

visualizations and connectors are great. nice drilldowns to get deeper insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of analysis capabilities like simple statistics (median, sample std. dev) and algorithms (basket analysis, clustering)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how to optimize resources (spend, channel focus). as for benefits, puttiing together disparate data is high on the list

One source for all corporate employees to access data - alerts help reduce time looking for data changes - non tech employees can write analytic cards

Takes time to clean data and get started. Had to make database field changes. Breaks previously written data flows and cards

Department goals and end user input - sales department is excited to use - board reports for meetings
