Domo - great business analysis software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, card builder, data connectors, company vision
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for things like YoY that has been a long time in coming. Seeing great new features at Domopalooza and then having to wait for the features to be released. The ease of use and prettiness is there but some of the robust analysis features are lacking. However, we're finally starting to see some of those. Getting Domo used throughout the organization is easier said then done, especially with users that don't have much experience with data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all data related to running an E-commerce business. We've put data into the hands of key stakeholders that have not had real-time data access before. That has been huge for us. People are making key decisions without having to wait on our development team to run the queries.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and ease of use. We were able to create views that users from management to the executive team can use and speak the same language to identify business problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial rollout was tough as DOMO was restructuring support and our direct contacts changed several times.

Domo is always innovating and striving to have the best user experience and visualizations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo should focus more on delivering basic functionality to it's users more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small business with limited development resources. We love that Domo gets our data in the hands of the entire company and spreads out that load which would normally put too much weight on our IT dept.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; the ability to import data right from my marketing campaigns is crucial. I really like the capability of viewing static historical data, and comparing that to data that I upload in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have started using Domo I cannot say there are any major flaws, or areas that I do not like. So far, it has been the best system I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing data is much more streamlined and I can report much more easily on everything I want to see.

Domo gives you so much data that you would never realize is there. You can use it as a tool in many different ways & has been super helpful for me.

Innovative attitude of the company. They seem like Apple during the 80s.

Nothing to dislike at this time. Still trying to get up to speed

While we may use Domo for some internal use, our main reason for working with Domo is to make things easier for our clients to use our data.
A lot of promise, but still growing pains...
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for business users to build their own visualizations and import their own data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a lot of basic visualization & dashboarding functions that are not available that are pretty standard in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to successfully connect user behavior (website analytics) and business performance data in ways that we have not previously. With that we can dynamically and retroactively adjust and recut our customer segment based analyses and get much more accurate insights into the drivers of business performance.
All Mighty and Powerful Domo
What do you like best about the product?
Domo has unlimited data and is the only platform allowing business users to easily transform data in the cloud. We have connected 20 different sources in under a month and are already having success. Some groups in our parent company that is on Tableau are looking to develop use cases in Domo. The platform is scalable and extremely mobile friendly. I love Domo because it puts all the data at my fingertips and makes it fast and easy to analyze massive amounts of data in a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Help desk is a bit slow with tickets opened by email, but if you call, they can usual help you immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just upgraded to SAP and our data warehouse could not handle all the data efficiently, so we had limited data availability. As business users we lost the ability to analyze data and were desperate for a solution. Domo was able to bring in a lot of the data and with SAP apps, allowed us to quickly transform hundreds of SAP tables into usable datasets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amy Smith is a phenomenal account rep. She has gone above and beyond even after the sale. If you are on SAP, consider the SAP apps to speed deployment and break down the barriers to accessing the maze of tables SAP has.
Obsessed with Domo
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of data makes anything we imagine a reality. This especially helps when you operate in multiple states and want to drill down to something very specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features have been overlooked, however I do believe they're going to be coming soon!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate multiple data sets, EASILY!! Additionally, allows us to have full visibility from a development/operations standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment!, Domo allows us to easily map data from multiple data sources.

Sales analytics, service analytics, customer analytics and insight for business users.

Domo is an awesome product that is really transforming the data revolution. Having the ability to overlap data from multiple systems allows executive management to have full visibility.
