What do you like best about the product?
the visualization of the graphs makes it really easy to see and make choices based off of my data
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to get the data into the system and complete connections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problem of making decisions and we have been able to make better educated decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
the drill down features and interface. East to learn new platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't have more than one "card" get exported into one excel sheet .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
production. Identifying whom isn't efficient in their role and why.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take the training's offered - we had a DOMO rep come to our office and he was great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of importing and manipulating data that is stored in data warehouse for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that some ETL processes run slower than you'd expect (small datasets should run quickly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to do away with a myriad of Excel based reports and move to an alert-based data driven organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting to different databases. The amazing charts and graphs at a few clicks. Can give us some great insight to our business
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to slice and dice features and predictive features would be fantastic also. Hopefully will come very soon with some great features and tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See the trends of different customers against price of oil, assisting sales staff see customers more quickly watching their trends and catching AR issues very early on.

Try it - It can do things beyond what you dream

Simple card building, ease of use, create alert features
What do you dislike about the product?
load timing, Color options in the charts.

Getting access to real time data. We now use Domo as a single source of truth

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use multiple data sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive to use. It does not offer any real analytics, just charts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for BI tool, found out that's not really what it does.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a true BI tool, this is not it. If you are looking for something to aggregate data from multiple sources and display it in chart like formats, this tool is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull reports for my customers and create awesome graphs with information pulled from our own software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reports that I'd like to have created, but don't have the ability to create them on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing success and adoption metrics to customers.

It's a great software, easy to use and would highly recommend it.

Simple visualization of data that otherwise would be difficult to read and draw insights from

Some simpler features may have been overlooked for more advances updates, but they are being addressed

Domo is allowing us to store and combine various data sources to build insights for our products and all areas of our business. It is especially useful in helping us create automated benchmarks for our team, minimizing any previous manual work

What do you like best about the product?
Having only had Domo for a few months at this point, getting all of our data into a single place to start making evaluations and coming to agreements on definitions company-wide had been the biggest benefit. We can compare apples to apples and not apples to cows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality of cards that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving miscommunication across the company about metrics and what they mean.
