I love the speakers they had at the conference

That the breakout sessions dont automatically pop up on the app

What do you like best about the product?
Before Domo, I felt like I was drowning in data. Was ready to live out my days treading water while secretly hoping that someone threw me a life raft. MEET MY LIFE RAFT. Domo is fantastic at slicing through large amounts of data and turning that into something I can make sense of. It's super easy to use and now I have so much more time to create metaphors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I'm a fairly new user, but don't anticipate the honeymoon stage wearing off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows our CS team to empower our customers with actionable data, quicker and helps our Account Executives create superior value throughout the sales cycle.

Domo is the perfect tool to be creative, flexible and make your user engaged
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of scheduling features. Not able to send exported files nor full data charts. (only preview)

There is an initial learning curve which some users struggle with

Everything from basic sales questions (what am I selling, where, when) to more complicated issues such as real time notifications.

DOMO has been able to provide our users with a tool to easily analyze business data and use it to come up with a better business decision

Our user base are still old-school and is having a hard time adjusting to the new platform

Domo has a very clean interface and makes it easy on the eyes.

It doesn't do very good machine learning and predictive out of the box.
